Abstract: The present invention relates to a skin care beauty pack for a hand and a foot formed of a glove- or Korean-sock-shaped pack body that includes outer upper and lower films and inner upper and lower nonwoven fabrics and in which cosmetic essence is impregnated between the upper and lower nonwoven fabrics and heat-pressed, wherein the pack body 8 is completely sealed by the neck portion 4 and the edge seam 6 such that the cosmetic essence may not be leaked, and since the pattern bonding portion 10 for respectively bonding the outer upper film 2a and the inner upper nonwoven fabric 12a, and the outer lower film 2b and the inner lower nonwoven fabric 12b, is formed near the neck portion 4, the skin beauty pack that may reliably and easily opened at the neck portion 4, and the manufacturing method of the skin care beauty pack in an economical manner that does not cause an increase in cost by adding only equipment required for the formation of the pattern bonding portion 10, is provided.

Abstract: There is provided a cap-type water tissue capable of pulling out and cutting as long water tissue as a necessary length. The cap-type water tissue includes a water tissue accommodating section that has multiple cut-off lines, and stores a water tissue, and a water tissue opening and closing section that is attached to the top of the water tissue accommodating section, and cuts as long water tissue pulled out of the water tissue accommodating section as a necessary length along the cut-off line of the water tissue. The water tissue opening and closing section may include an installation plate that is attached to the top of the water tissue accommodating section, and is provided with a through hole formed in the central portion thereof, an auxiliary cap that covers the through hole of the installation plate, and is provided with a cutting portion formed in the central portion thereof so as to cut the water tissue, and a main cap that is connected to one side of the installation plate so as to be rotated, and opens and closes the top of the installation plate.
