摘要： Apparatus for assembling a core for wound sheet material, comprising a tube, a first end member, and a second end member; the apparatus comprising a base, a first chuck for insertion in the first end member, a second chuck for insertion in the second end member, a ram for applying axial pressure such that the first end member is forced into the first end of the tube and the second end member is forced into a second end of the tube, drill devices for drilling fixing apertures, and a monitor device for sensing ambient temperature and enabling the length of the core to be measured at the time of the assembly of the core in the ambient temperature so that the length of the core falls in temperature and length parameters set for subsequent winding of the sheet material on the core.

摘要： An adaptor cartridge permitting the use of rim-fire ammunition in a center-fire weapon. The adaptor comprises a tubular casing with an inner passageway located at an acute angle to the tubular casing at the lower end where the firing pin strikes. The opening of the cylindrically-shaped passage at the lower end crosses the center point of the lower end of the tubular casing so that the centrally-located firing pin of the weapon will strike the rim of an insert blank cartridge which is rim-fired and which has been placed in the adaptor cartridge.

A supply chain manager is appointed for at least one buying supply chain participant. The supply chain manager is given authority to negotiate supply agreements for at least one good on behalf of the at least one buying supply chain participant. One or more supply agreements are entered into for the at least one good, wherein provisions of the supply agreement include: (i) pricing for each one good shall be based upon factors including an actual market price of at least one commodity when the supply chain manager has not established a commodity position price; and (ii) pricing for each one good shall be based upon factors including a commodity position price of at least one commodity when the supply chain manager has established a commodity position price. Periodically, a commodity position price is established through the supply chain manager.
