摘要: A latch for a bench includes a bracket, a dual cam, and a handle. The latch engages to strikers to secure the latch in a closed position. The handle is pivotally engaged to the bracket. An upward or lifting movement applied to the handle moves the dual cam upward. The dual cam includes ramp surfaces which drive locking bolts inward to disengage from the strikers.

摘要: Disclosed are an unlocking apparatus, a swapping device comprising same, and an unlocking control method. The unlocking apparatus is used for unlocking or locking a battery box in a battery bracket on an electric vehicle, and comprises a drive mechanism, an unlocking component, and a transmission member. The drive mechanism drives the unlocking component to move by means of the transmission member, so that the unlocking component drives a locking mechanism on the battery bracket to move to unlock or lock the battery box; the unlocking component is axially rotatable relative to the transmission member to adapt to the angle deviation between the unlocking component and the standard unlocking position on the battery bracket. The swapping device comprises the unlocking apparatus. In this way, even if there is a circumferential deviation, the unlocking component is ensured to be accurately aligned and connected.

摘要: A self-aligning locking device for a vehicle sliding door assembly includes a sliding door threshold configured to be mounted on a door panel. The threshold is configured to slide along a sliding axis. The threshold includes a latch and a tongue at a car body-engaging end of the latch. The locking device also includes a groove block and a hook plate both configured to be coupled to the car body. Optionally, the locking device can include a switch sensor. The tongue of the threshold is configured to engage the groove to maintain alignment of the hook plate to mate with the latch to lock the threshold to the car body. The optional switch sensor can be configured to generate a signal indicating a locked state of the hook with the latch responsive to actuation of the switch sensor by the latch.

摘要: A switching mechanism of vehicle door lock device includes a pivotable first lever and a second lever that pivotably acts on a pawl. An inertial lever is provided on the first lever and is pivotable about an axis (X3) from an initial position when an inertial force is applied thereto. A transmitting portion is provided on the second lever and transmits the pivotal movement of the first lever to the second lever when the inertial lever is disposed in its initial position. In contrast, the transmitting portion does not transmit the pivotal movement of the first lever to the second lever when the inertial lever has been pivoted away from its initial position. A first axial center of pivotal movement of the first lever and a second axial center of pivotal movement of the second lever are coaxial axial centers of pivotal movement (X1).

The inner cable is slidably disposed within the hollow interior and grease is disposed in a clearance defined between an outer circumferential surface of the inner cable and an inner circumferential surface of the outer cable. The inner cable consists of a single metal wire coated with a metal plated layer, the plated layer has a thickness between 3 and 35 microns and the clearance is between 0.05 to 0.5 millimeters.

摘要: A latch for latching closed a door of a vehicle, especially designed to minimize the force required to latch closed the door by pushing the door to its closed position. A tongue, having a strike face and a catch face, is resiliently mounted in the latch so as to be urged to a latch-engaged position by a torsion spring pushing against a surface of the tongue and against a cover plate of the latch. A slider block is coupled to a door handle and to the tongue so that the tongue can be swiveled to a disengaged state by use of the door handle, in order to open the vehicle door.
