Once the selection is received, the processor may determine an amount of one or more nail polish colors that are needed to create a nail polish corresponding to the selection. The nail polish creator may further include an assembly that may receive a nail polish bottle so that the nail polish bottle is in a position to receive the nail polish that is created based on the amount of the nail polish colors needed to create the nail polish. Moreover, the nail polish creator may include a mixer assembly for mixing the nail polish in the nail polish bottle.

摘要： Apparatus is disclosed for mixing and then withdrawing a sample of a liquid suspension from a multiplicity of upright vials for subsequent processing of the sample in individual batches. A holder supports the vials in a row and advances them in incremental steps so as to present them at an aspiration station. An aspirator at the station includes a downwardly open suction tube that can be vertically inserted into and withdrawn from the vial. While in the vial, the tube is subjected to a vacuum to withdraw the sample from the vial for flowing it to an instrument. The suction tube is surrounded by a rotary mixer which is activated prior to the withdrawal of the sample to uniformly disperse particles in the liquid. The suction tube and the mixer are generally horizontally movable so that they can be inserted in a container holding a rinsing solution after each withdrawal of a sample liquid from a vial to prevent cross-contamination of the samples. The rinsing solution in the container is drawn into the suction tube and used for purging the previous sample from all conduits.

摘要： These and other objects of the present invention are attained by apparatus for adjusting the position of a line of light in barcode space that includes a support frame having a rear housing containing a solid state imager and a pair of support arms extending forwardly from the front of the housing. An imaging lens is mounted between the arms for focusing an image of a target in barcode space upon the solid state imager along the optical axis of the imaging lens. Illuminating LEDs are mounted on either side of the imaging lens for illuminating the target. The illumination is passed through a pair of cylindrical lenses that are adjustably mounted upon the distal ends of the arm so that the light can be selectively positioned in barcode space.

Furthermore, the retrieving device may include a power source that may be electrically coupled to the monitor and the camera.

摘要： An apparatus for warming a container, the apparatus including a holder having an inner wall, an outer wall, and an insulation layer between the inner and outer walls, wherein the inner wall defines a first volume having a size and shape for receiving at least a portion of the container, and wherein the holder defines a second volume. The apparatus can also include a solution and an activation disk positioned within the second volume and in contact with the solution, wherein the solution and activation disk are made from materials such that a force applied to the activation disk causes the solution to undergo a chemical reaction that generates heat for warming the container in the first volume. Furthermore, the apparatus can include a disk actuator for applying the force to the activation disk, and elastic bands to increase thermal contact between the container and the solution.

摘要： A method and apparatus for reading and decoding one-dimensional (1D) bar code symbols. A 1D bar code symbol is imaged by an optical assembly which includes a cubic phase mask that causes the optical transfer function of the optical assembly to remain approximately constant over a range of distances between the apparatus and the symbol to be read. An electrical representation of the resulting image is converted to a smoothly varying analog image signal. A transition identifying circuit processes the analog image signal, without first applying a recovery function that takes into account the effect of the phase mask, and generates a binary signal which is used to decode the symbol.
