    摘要： An injector assembly for delivering flowable material to a medical implant, including a tube having a first end and a second end, a connector member and a port connector, where the connector member is coupled to the first end of the tube and the port connector is coupled to the second end of the tube, the connector member being configured to attach to a material delivery mechanism and the port connector being configured to attach to the medical implant. When the material delivery mechanism is actuated, the flowable material passes through the tube to the medical implant. A method of using an injector assembly to deliver a flowable material to a medical implant and bone surface is also described. A kit containing various sized parts for an injector assembly is also described.

    摘要： One embodiment of the invention sets forth a mechanism for identifying similar items within a plurality of items available to a group of users. The mechanism includes identifying a first count that indicates a number of times any user has interacted with a first item included in the plurality of items and subsequently with any other item, identifying a second count that indicates a number of times any user within the has interacted with a second item included in the plurality of items after interacting with the first item, computing a probability that indicates the likelihood of a particular user interacting with the second item after interacting with the first item based on the first count and the second count, and computing a similarity score that indicates the similarity between the first item and the second item based on the probability and a popularity score associated with the second item.

    摘要： Methods and apparatuses for removing carbon deposits from pistons of internal combustion engines with water are disclosed that avoid disassembly or overhauling the engines. In one aspect, a manifold having at least one water inlet and an internal passageway network is connected to a water source for delivering water to the cylinders through the manifold. The disclosed cleaning apparatus may be installed on a vehicle or provided as original vehicle equipment and used during normal engine operations. A method for cleaning carbon deposits in an internal combustion engine and a modified manifold for delivering water to the cylinders of an engine are also disclosed.
