Abstract: A dispensing gun for at least two fluid components comprises a gun body having a front section and a middle section. Two needles each have a valve on a forward wall, a socket at a rear section, and a flow path running from the socket to the forward wall. The forward walls of the two needles are received in a flow connector located in the front section. Hoses are connected to the sockets of the two needles and fixed in place relative to a back wall of the gun body. The needles are located in the middle section and move between a dispensing position and a safety position. The fluid components are handled within the interior parts of the gun and do not contact the gun body itself.

Abstract: A shoulder sling is provided for the treatment of, for example, gleno-humeral dislocations and subluxations, capsular shifts, postoperative rotator cuff repair, postoperative Bankart procedures and soft tissue strains and repairs. The sling includes a support pillow abuts the wearer's torso, and a pouch that receives the wearer's arm. A plurality of straps suspend the pillow and pouch from the wearer's non-treatment shoulder. One of the straps prevents the pillow from shifting relative to the user, thus securely maintaining the wearer's arm at desired angles of abduction and external rotation. The pillow further includes an attached exercise grip and an indicator line that aids a physician in properly fitting the sling to the wearer.

Abstract: A system and method for providing payments to a poster on a message board or forum. The poster can be the poster originating a thread, or a poster posting a response in a thread. Compensation means are associated with the post, and activation of said compensation means initiates a payment process leading to the payment of compensation to the poster. The compensation means may comprise a button or icon in or near the post. The payment process may include a payment screen activated by activating of the compensation means, said payment screen prompting the activator of the compensation means to designate a payment amount. The payment amount is transferred from one or more accounts of the person activating the compensation means, to an account or accounts of the poster. Payment may be through accounts maintained by the message board or forum site, or through a third party site, such as Paypal. A portion of each payment amount may be received by the message board or forum.
