    摘要: To provide a train braking device including a controller that controls a brake cylinder pressure acting on a brake cylinder based on a service brake command or an emergency brake command, the train braking device includes a supply valve for supplying compressed air to the brake cylinder and an exhaust valve for adjusting a pressure of the supplied compressed air. The controller includes an electromagnetic-valve drive circuit, which includes a first switch circuit that a first switch for slide control is connected in parallel to ends of a serially connected circuit of a first switch for emergency brake and a first switch for service brake control with its one end being connected to a circuit power supply and the other end being connected to the supply valve, and a second switch circuit that a second switch for slide control is connected in parallel to ends of a serially connected circuit of a second switch for emergency brake and a second switch for service brake control with its one end being connected to the first switch circuit and the other end being connected to the exhaust valve.

The train slide control device comprises: an electromagnetic valve unit; a relay valve that outputs a pressure of the brake cylinder; and a slide controller that includes: a velocity-difference detecting unit that detects a velocity difference of each wheel based on a velocity signal; a deceleration calculating unit that calculates a deceleration of a train based on the velocity signal; a sliding-amount determining unit that determines a sliding-amount of each wheel based on the velocity difference and deceleration; and a brake-cylinder-pressure calculating unit that calculates a pressure control signal for controlling a pressure of the brake cylinder based on: the sliding-amount; a brake command for obtaining a predetermined deceleration; and a signal that indicates the pressure of the compressed air and a pressure of the brake cylinder.

    摘要: In a memory diagnostic method, a fixed domain stores data that are not changed during process execution. A variable domain stores data that are subject to writing during process execution. A fixed domain diagnostic part adds an error-detecting code to data to be stored in the fixed domain. The fixed domain diagnostic part compares an error-detecting code calculated from data read from the fixed domain with the added error-detecting code to determine whether there is any data error. A variable domain diagnostic part temporarily stores data stored in the variable domain in a memory region different from the memory storing the data, and writes known data in the variable domain where the temporarily stored data were stored. The variable domain diagnostic part reads data from the region where the known data were written and determines whether the data is the same as the written known data.

    摘要: The operation frequency of electromagnetic valves is reduced in an air brake device of a train containing a motor car. A necessary brake force acquisition unit acquires the necessary brake force necessary for each car or flatcar of a train containing a motor car. An electric brake force detection unit detects an electric brake force of the entire composition of the train. A brake force adjustment unit distributes the air brake force so that fluctuations in the electric brake force are compensated for by the air brake force of one car or flatcar, in an operating period of one deceleration of the train or from running to stopping. A brake force command unit sends a command to an air brake control device for the value distributed by the brake force adjustment unit. The air brake control device controls the air brake of the car in accordance with the value commanded.

The electromagnetic valve unit includes a release isolation magnet valve that adjusts a pressure of the compressed air supplied to a primary side of the relay valve, and the release isolation magnet valve is operated by receiving power source supply from a brake control device mounted on another truck.
