摘要: A High Pressure Thermal Fluid Brake and Engine Energy Recovery System is provided, comprising a plurality of interconnected energy collection system and energy storage system, and a control unit connected with the energy collection system and the energy storage system. The control unit is connected with the vehicle controller to at least read and collect acceleration pedal position information, brake pedal position information, vehicle travel parameters and cooling system parameters of the vehicle. The energy collection system recovers vehicle kinetic energy, engine mechanical energy and engine thermal energy and stores the recovered energy in the energy storage system. The control unit controls the energy recovery and release of the energy collection system and the energy storage system according to the vehicle information read and collected. This system can effectively recover vehicle braking energy, engine idle energy and engine heat energy and reuse, reduce the energy waste of motor vehicle system to achieve the purpose of energy saving, fuel saving and emission reduction.

摘要: An electric vehicle control method for braking of an electric vehicle applies a front braking torque to a front drive motor that drives a front wheel and applies a rear braking torque to a rear drive motor that drives a rear wheel. The method includes: during the braking, executing a torque limiting process (process B, process C, front braking torque control) that reduces the front braking torque and the rear braking torque when a slip of the front wheel is detected; and executing a distribution torque changing process that increases the front braking torque while maintaining a sum of the front braking torque and the rear braking torque when a slip of the rear wheel is detected.

摘要: A hydraulic/mechanical braking system for a vehicle comprises a cam (128) keyed onto a transmission shaft or a trailing wheel and at least two hydraulic cylinder assemblies (126,129) including a cam follower (127). A hydraulic circuit (C) connects the hydraulic cylinder assemblies together. A master brake valve (113) controls the flow of fluid in the circuit. Actuation of the master brake valve (113) obstructs the flow of fluid and hence the reciprocation of the hydraulic cylinder assemblies, forcing the cam following against the cam to resist rotation. The system further comprises an energy recovery system configured to transfer energy from the hydraulic fluid flowing in the hydraulic circuit to generate electricity and/or to recover heat from the hydraulic fluid flowing in the hydraulic circuit.

摘要: An integrated hybrid energy recovery and storage system for recovering and storing energy from multiple energy sources is disclosed. The system includes an accumulator unit having a high pressure accumulator and a low pressure accumulator. At least one piston is mounted for reciprocation in the high pressure accumulator. The accumulator unit is configured to receive, store, and transfer energy from the hydraulic fluid to the energy storage media. The system further includes two or more rotational directional control valves, in which at least one rotational directional control valve is positioned on each side of the accumulator unit. Each rotational directional control valve includes multiple ports. The system also includes two or more variable displacement hydraulic rotational units. At least one variable displacement hydraulic rotational unit is positioned adjacent each of the rotational directional control valves.

A braking control device includes an actuator that applies a front wheel torque and a rear wheel torque, and a controller that individually adjusts the front wheel torque and the rear wheel torque. The controller is configured to determine the front wheel torque and the rear wheel torque to zero when a regenerative braking force Fg generated by the regenerative generator has not reached a maximum regenerative force Fx which is a generatable maximum value. On the other hand, the controller is configured to increase the rear wheel torque from zero before increasing the front wheel torque from zero when the regenerative braking force Fg reaches the maximum regenerative force Fx.

The method include determining, for one axle, a minimal recuperation torque, which is set on that axle, and remains set on that axle for all driving situations as a recuperative braking torque portion.
