    摘要: The present invention pertains to an enzymatic measurement method using an antibody-enzyme complex or a nucleic acid probe measurement method using an enzyme-labeled nucleic acid probe, in both of which the quantification of a product of a reaction by an enzyme in the antibody-enzyme complex or the enzyme-labeled nucleic acid probe is performed by generating thio-NAD(P)H by an enzymatic cycling reaction using NAD(P)H, thio-NAD(P), and a dehydrogenase (DH), and measuring the amount of the generated thio-NAD(P)H or measuring a change in color caused by the generated thio-NAD(P)H. An enzymatic reaction system in which NAD(P) generated from NAD(P)H by the enzymatic cycling reaction is selectively reduced, is caused to coexist with the enzymatic cycling reaction. The present invention also pertains to a kit for enzyme immunoassay, and a kit for nucleic acid probe measurement. In the enzymatic cycling reaction, the detection sensitivity is increased by increasing the amount of thio-NAD(P)H generated per unit time with respect to a predetermined amount of a substrate (reduced), and combining the same with an enzyme immunoassay, etc., enables quantification, etc., of a protein or nucleic acid with high sensitivity.

    摘要: The invention concerns a Karman's vortex flow meter including dampening members for absorbing vibrations. A stopper is provided to permit limited movement between an amplifier casing and a supporting stand containing a flow detector. The stopper is coupled to one of the supporting stand and the casing and extends into a hole in the other of the supporting stand and the casing. The flow meter includes an elastic member positioned in the hole between the stopper and the other of the supporting stand and the casing so that the stopper and the other of the supporting stand and the casing are out of direct contact. The elastic member absorbs vibrations and prevents direct contact of the components to ensure accurate flow measurement.

    摘要: A differential pressure detecting apparatus includes a columnar main body wherein a differential pressure detection portion is inserted into a closed-end hole having a countersunk portion and formed in the outer circumferential surface of said main body at right angles to the axis of the main body, wherein a first seal diaphragm for receiving one of introduced pressures relating to a differential pressure to be measured is provided in one end surface of the main body, and wherein the main body has a hole provided for transmitting the received introduced pressure to the differential pressure detection portion; a disc-like sub-body inserted into the countersunk portion of the closed-end hole, wherein a second seal diaphragm for receiving the other introduced pressure is provided in the outer end surface of the sub-body, and wherein a hole is provided for transmitting the received introduced pressure to the differential pressure detection portion; a cover provided on the one end surface of the main body, and having a hole for the one introduced pressure for the first seal diaphragm; and another cover provided on the outer circumferential surface of the main body, and having a hole for the other introduced pressure for the second seal diaphragm.

    摘要: A Karman's vortex flow meter eliminates the problem of external vibration resonating an amplifier casing to lower measurement accuracy of a vortex detecting section. In the flow meter, O-rings fit in two annular grooves formed on an outer surface of a supporting stand hollow cylinder. A casing fits onto the hollow cylinder of the supporting stand with the two O-rings being placed therebetween. A pair of blind holes or recesses formed in the hollow cylinder diametrically oppose one another and are located between the two O-rings. Bolts inserted into the recesses with gaps spaced around their end portions serve as stoppers by limiting axial movement of the casing with respect to the hollow cylinder.
