摘要: The invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for designing and reconstructing furnaces for industrial boilers. More advantageously the inventive furnace can be used for burning coarsely dispersed broken combustibles, coal and schist. The invective swirling-type furnace operating method consists in returning the controllable amount of a coal-ash mixture from an ash catcher located behind a combustion to the internal surface thereof. Said swirling-type furnace comprises a combustion chamber provided with a sloping bottom which is formed by slops of lower parts of the walls thereof, a bottom-blowing device arranged under the sloping bottom mouth and an inclined burner which is used for supplying a fuel-air mixture and is fixed to the combustion chamber wall. The furnace is provided with the ash catcher located behind the combustion chamber and a recirculation ash channel, whose one end communicates with the ash catcher and the other with the combustion chamber internal space. The output openings of the channel are positioned between the sloping bottom mouth and the fuel supply burner or/and in a secondary combustion area, provided with an additional burner which is used for supplying the coal-ash mixture from the ash channel to the combustion chamber and is arranged therein. The ash catcher is selected according to a condition of catching particles whose size is greater than 0.5 mm. The ash channel can be provided with fly ash transporting and sorbent supply means.

摘要: A furnace consists of at least one wall-mounted burner tilted downward for feeding air-fuel mixture and of a prism-shaped ash hopper. Slopes of the walls of lower combustion chamber region define the slotted mouth of ash hopper. The bottom airflow device is located below the ash hopper mouth the wall opposite to the airflow nozzle of the bottom airflow device has a concave form. In accordance with said invention the bottom airflow device spans along the entire width of the ash hopper mouth. The concave wall in its upper region meets the ash hopper mouth and an imaginary plane being a continuation of said concave wall crosses the opposite slopes of the wall of ash hopper in its middle region. The axis of bottom airflow nozzle passes along the lower region of said concave wall and is directed to form a 0-to-45 degree angle between said axis and lower region of said concave wall. The concave wall may be tilted relative to horizon at the angle of 20-45 degrees. The bottom airflow device may comprise of two similar parts symmetrical to the vertical axis of combustion chamber. 摘要: A furnace is provided for burning soila organic fuels including highly volatile organic fuels. A combustion chamber with an ash hopper has a slot mouth opening defined by slopes of the walls of the combustion chamber. A burner is disposed beneath the ash hopper mouth opening and extends across its entire width. A bottom blast inlet device generates a turbulent zone in the lower region of the combustion chamber. A duct is further provided for injecting a sulfur-absorbent material into the furnace chamber. The duct is disposed between the burner and the ash chamber and defines a longitudinal axis which traverses the turbulent zone. Preferably, the burner is tilted downwardly and is disposed on a wall in common with the sulfur-absorbent induction duct. The proportion of the sulfur-absorbent materials in the fuel mixture is in the range of 10% to 100% by mass.

摘要: The low-emission swirling-type furnace is designed to burn organic fuel and it can be most advantegeously used for dust combustion. A low-emission swirling-type furnace, according to the invention, comprises a combustion chamber (1) with a prismatic dry-bottom hopper (5) having a slot mouth, and an undergrate blast inlet means (7) disposed thereunder. The furnace includes at least one burner (2) formed by at least a pair of ducts (2a,2b ) lying one above the other and intended for supplying the air-fuel mixture. The ducts (2a, 2b) are each provided with a device (3, 4) for controlling the "air/fuel" ratio, ensuring such a ratio between the amount of air and the amount of fuel in each of the ducts (2a,2b ) that for the overlying duct (2a), this ratio turns out to be invariably higher than for the underlying duct (2b). The longitudinal axes of the ducts (2a, 2b) are preferably so inclined that the angle between the longitudinal axis of the duct (2b) and the projection of this axis onto the furnace wall for an underlying duct is less than that for the overlying duct (2a). Furthermore, the furnace may also be provided with a means (8) for supplying the fuel of a specific size composition into each duct. During operating of such furnace, three functional zones are generated in the heating volume, namely: the ignition and active combustion zone, the reduction zone, and the reburning zone. This results in a reduced discharge of nitrogen oxides, along with an economical performance of the furnace.
