    摘要: The present invention is about a conveyor plant for pyrites, other foreign materials like metal parts and occasionally ground solid fossil fuel, coming from the grinding mills of the solid fossil fuel, substantially comprising an open or enclosed metal container (1) inside which a metal conveyor belt (6) is disposed. The conveyor receives the material to be conveyed from the pyrites storage tanks (2) of each mill, through interception valves (3) and vibrating feeders (4) or directly from gravity discharge channels. Any spontaneous ignition of the conveyed material is controlled by a putting out system with water nozzles (17) or inert gas or steam admission nozzles (18) according to the plant configurations. The pyrites and the ground solid fossil fuel are collected in a stockage silo (16), it too provided with an inert gas or steam putting out system. For the storage tanks (2) a gas or steam inertization system is provided as well.

    摘要: Apparatus for grinding material which enters the grinder in a wet condition and is subject to drying heat at the grinder to leave moisture in the ground material directed for independently material separation so the propelling initially hot gases looses its temperature level before returning to the grinder. A portion of the returning gases carrying ground fine with moisture therein is directed into a bag house to recover the fines and a portion of the drying heat is directed into the bag house to independently maintain a temperature level above the dew point temperature level in the bag house to prevent moisture from plugging the bag house. The apparatus provides two circulation loops, each with its independent moisture control, and a common transport for collecting product from each loop.

    摘要: The low-emission swirling-type furnace is designed to burn organic fuel and it can be most advantegeously used for dust combustion. A low-emission swirling-type furnace, according to the invention, comprises a combustion chamber (1) with a prismatic dry-bottom hopper (5) having a slot mouth, and an undergrate blast inlet means (7) disposed thereunder. The furnace includes at least one burner (2) formed by at least a pair of ducts (2a,2b ) lying one above the other and intended for supplying the air-fuel mixture. The ducts (2a, 2b) are each provided with a device (3, 4) for controlling the "air/fuel" ratio, ensuring such a ratio between the amount of air and the amount of fuel in each of the ducts (2a,2b ) that for the overlying duct (2a), this ratio turns out to be invariably higher than for the underlying duct (2b). The longitudinal axes of the ducts (2a, 2b) are preferably so inclined that the angle between the longitudinal axis of the duct (2b) and the projection of this axis onto the furnace wall for an underlying duct is less than that for the overlying duct (2a). Furthermore, the furnace may also be provided with a means (8) for supplying the fuel of a specific size composition into each duct. During operating of such furnace, three functional zones are generated in the heating volume, namely: the ignition and active combustion zone, the reduction zone, and the reburning zone. This results in a reduced discharge of nitrogen oxides, along with an economical performance of the furnace.

The device consists of a loading chamber and two downwardly expanding sealable chambers arranged in a row beneath each other, and separated from each other and from the chamber of the installation by closing elements. The central chamber of the device comprises the inlet and outlet cross-sections of the gas flue with forced gas circulation, in the circuit of which flaps and the gas cooler are installed. As a technical result, the operating reliability of the device is increased by preventing the adhesion of thermoplastic raw materials to the working bodies by maintaining the temperature in the central chamber below the melting point of the raw material constituents.

    摘要: A slide arrangement for blocking or closing off a channel disposed between a coal pulverizer and coal dust burners, and conveying a gas having a high proportion of coal dust. The slide arrangement includes a housing disposed in the channel wall and a shroud or steel structure laterally connected to the housing. A passage for a slide plate is provided in a wall of the housing facing the shroud or steel structure. The passage can be closed off by a closure member except for a narrow gap. The closure member has a circumferential seal that rests against the rearward side of the housing wall. The closure member also has a wear plate that when the closure member is closed is flush with the inner side of the housing wall and forms a smooth passageway.
