摘要: An electric stapler (10) is provided with a driver mechanism (11) and a clincher mechanism (40). A clamp part (13) is slidably accommodated in a main body (12) of the driver mechanism (11). The clamp part (13) clamps sheets of paper in cooperation with the clincher mechanism (40). The clamp part (13) is urged toward the sheets by a biasing mechanism (14). The biasing mechanism (14) is out of operation of urging the clamp part (13) when the clamp part (13) is in a home position which is the most remote from the clincher mechanism (40).

摘要: A stapler includes a driver mechanism and a clincher mechanism. The clincher mechanism includes a base, a clincher resiliently supported on the base such that the clincher is biased toward the driver mechanism, and a clincher guide having a guide portion configured to guide a movement of the clincher. The guide portion has an inner peripheral surface that forms a through hole extending through the clincher guide and surrounds an outer periphery of the clincher. The inner peripheral surface has recessed surface portions extending from a surface of the clincher guide facing the driver mechanism, such that a gap is provided between the clincher and the recessed surface portions. The recessed surface portions are formed at locations corresponding to portions of the clincher where distal ends of the leg portions of the staple hit.

摘要: A clinch positioning mechanism of a stapler is provided. The clinch positioning mechanism includes a driver unit and a clincher unit. The driver unit includes a driver for driving out a staple, and a guide piece. The clincher unit includes a clincher for bending and clinching a leg portion of the staple, and a guide hole for engaging with the guide piece. The clincher unit is arranged being opposed to the driver. 摘要: A slide frame is mounted on a driver unit that can be vertically reversed on a base frame. A guide pin disposed in the slide frame engages with a concave portion of a cam plate portion formed in the base frame. When a fixation releasing handle of the driver unit is operated, a lever pushes the slide frame to slide the slide frame and the guide pin is deviated from the concave portion to rotate the driver unit. In a state where the driver unit is fixed in a regular posture, since the guide pin is pushing a switch lever, the detection switch is kept turned ON and thus an electric stapler is in an operable state. When the driver unit is rotated, the switch lever is released from the press of the guide pin and the detection switch is turned OFF, thereby cutting off the power.

摘要: An electric stapler includes: a driver for driving leg portions of a staple having a U-shaped section to penetrate the leg portions through a paper bundle; a table including a clincher for bending and forming the penetrated leg portions inwardly, the table for holding the paper bundle between the driver and the table; a motor for moving the table and the driver; a photo sensor for detecting an existence of the paper bundle inserted into a gap between the table and the driver; and a control portion for driving the motor. The photo sensor is disposed on the table in such a manner that a detection point of the photo sensor for detecting the paper bundle exists upwardly of a disposing position of the clincher by inclining an optical axis direction of a radiation light to be emitted from the photo sensor in a direction of the clincher.
