摘要: Provided are a metal double-sided tooth that prevents a flow protruding portion from protruding from the boundary between a coupling concave portion and a body, and a slide fastener using the metal double-sided tooth. The inner side of a coupling concave portion is formed in a substantially bowl shape and a concave portion is formed throughout the boundary between the coupling concave portion and a body and a front side and a rear side of the body. Further, when the metal double-sided tooth is attached to a fastener tape, it is possible to prevent a flow protruding portion generated by caulking a pair of legs from protruding outward from the coupling concave portion or the front side and the rear side of the body until sliding friction is generated in a slider.

摘要: A metallic slide fastener element in which an exposed portion outside of an element is finished uniformly with a high smoothness and the fixing strength to a fastener tape is intensified, and a method for effectively manufacturing the same element, wherein a metallic flat type wire rod is placed on a die and the flat type wire rod is punched out with a punch so as to produce a slide fastener element, and at this time, a mouth on a punch side of the die or a peripheral edge of the die is chamfered at a radius of 0.01 to 1.0 mm and a clearance between the punch and the die is set to 0 to 30 μm, so that an element, which has a cut surface comprising a shear surface of 80% or more and a fracture surface of less than 20% and is suitable as a slide fastener to be attached to a high quality product, is obtained.

摘要: There is provided a stop for a slide fastener. A top plate and a bottom plate are linked with one another at a transversely intermediate position by an integral connecting post. The lower side of the top plate is substantially flat. The bottom plate slopes away from the connecting post to form two leg members provided with a respective end flange pointing towards the top plate, the leg members being adapted to cooperate in use with the top plate to retain fastener tapes therebetween.

Each of the coupling elements comprises a first non-connecting portion at an upper side of the tape and a second connecting portion at a lower side of the tape. The second connecting portion comprises a head portion and a body portion. The head portion is engageable with a head portion of opposing coupling element. The body portion is fixed to the tape.

摘要: Metallic one-side teeth that attain preventing of colliding contact at interlock, enhancing of rigidity against moment by horizontal pull force and construction of simple structure; and a two-way slide fastener utilizing the metallic one-side teeth. An upper inclined plane (8) declining toward the side of interlock dent portion (5) is provided between the opening edge (5a) of the interlock dent portion (5) and the apical edge (7) of an interlock head portion (3). By virtue of the upper inclined plane (8), at insertion in the interlock dent portion (5), there can be prevented any insertion of an interlock convex portion (4) as an interlock counterpart-side while making colliding contact with the interlock head portion (3). Accordingly, the sliding movement of slider for opening/closing of a two-way slide fastener can be smoothed.
