摘要： A window assembly having a window frame and at least one primary sash mounted in the window frame. The primary sash has a plurality of sash members forming a primary sash perimeter and a first glazing panel mounted in the primary sash perimeter. At least one secondary sash is pivotally attached directly to the primary sash perimeter along an interior surface thereof so that the secondary sash is rotatably movable between a closed position and an open position relative to the primary sash. The secondary sash has a plurality of secondary sash members forming a secondary sash structure and a second glazing panel mounted in the secondary sash perimeter. An air chamber is located between the primary sash and the secondary sash that is substantially closed to the interior of the building structure. At least one accessory channel is locating along at least one side of the secondary sash members.

摘要： A high security locking system can be used in a conventional pivot door adapted for use with a latch and deadbolt lock combination. The high security system can be a multi-point lock, received in a recess formed in a locking edge side of a door stile, cooperating with a linkage or other mechanism in a conventional deadbolt/location. The lock can be actuated with a keyed cylinder and thumb turn combination.

摘要： The present invention includes an apparatus for an active/inactive door system wherein an inactive door lock prevents the locking of an active door lock unless the inactive door lock is first engaged in a locking position. The active door lock includes a dead bolt and a lever for extensible locking engagement with a strike plate on the inactive door. The inactive door lock includes an upper and lower shoot bolt lock, each shoot bolt include a spring lever. Each spring lever is selectably biased against a back side of the strike plate in a first or second detent. The first detent is positioned on the strike plate such that when the corresponding spring lever is biased against in the first detent against a back side of the strike plate the corresponding dead bolt or latch bolt cannot be extended into engagement with the strike plate in a locking position.

摘要： An adjustable door hinge includes a receptor base and a panel leaf adjustably secured to the receptor base and at least partially defining a vertical adjustment opening and a horizontal adjustment opening. An adjustment transfer element is at least partially contained within the vertical adjustment opening and a vertical adjustment element is rotatably connected to the adjustment transfer element. Rotation of the vertical adjustment element adjusts a position of the panel leaf to any position between a first position and a second position. A horizontal adjustment element is rotatably connected to the horizontal adjustment opening. Rotation of the horizontal adjustment element adjusts a position of the panel leaf to any position between a third position and a fourth position. Vertical and horizontal adjustment of the hinge may be performed independently.
