摘要： A low VOC, HAPs free, substantially non-aqueous slurry for use as a rheology modifier in aqueous systems including but not limited to latex paints. The slurry comprises a particulate water-swelling polymer such as hydroxyethyl cellulose, mineral oil carrier liquid, a non-ionic surfactant, a particulate thickening agent, a defoamer, and optionally an amine component.
