Abstract: The present invention provides an inkjet device with position-adjustable inkjet heads comprising a body and a plurality of inkjet heads. The body is provided with at least one first region and a plurality of second regions, and the first region and the plurality of second regions are spaced apart from each other on the body. The plurality of inkjet heads is respectively provided on the body, and the plurality of inkjet heads comprises a first inkjet head having a specific color ink and a plurality of second inkjet heads having chromatic inks. Moreover, the first inkjet head is provided on the first region, and the plurality of second inkjet heads is provided on the second regions, and the first inkjet head or the plurality of second inkjet heads is moved on the first region or the second regions.

Abstract: An ultraviolet (UV) inkjet printing method providing a stacked printing edge with a smooth effect is disclosed. After an inkjet head is controlled to print an image X on a substrate, a distance between the inkjet head and a surface of the substrate is kept unchanged, and the inkjet head is again controlled to print bi-directionally for at least once on the image X. After completing the above steps, the inkjet head is further controlled to print an image X′ on the image X on the substrate, wherein the image X′ consists of pixels expanded from the image X, such that the image X′ completely covers the image X, forming a smooth arc surface at peripheral edges of the image X.

Abstract: A digital inkjet flatbed printer having a separate laser processing machine includes a laser processing machine and a digital inkjet printer. The laser processing machine is provided with a laser output module and a laser processing platform. The digital inkjet printer includes an inkjet output module and an inkjet operating platform. The inkjet operating platform is capable of movably ascending from and descending onto the digital inkjet printer. Thus, when the inkjet operating platform is descended, the laser processing machine is movably connected to the inkjet operating platform, such that the laser output module of the laser processing machine and the inkjet output module of the digital inkjet printer are on the laser processing platform of the laser processing machine and sequentially used for laser processing and inkjet printing respectively.

Abstract: A method for laser processing a packaging box is provided, which includes feeding a paper material printed with a pattern on the front side thereof to a cutting machine by back feeding using an automatic paper feeder; performing edge finding on the rear side of the paper material, and forming indentations on the rear side of the paper material corresponding to where the pattern is on the front side; conveying the paper material to a laser cutting machine to perform registration marking on the rear side of the paper material before laser cutting; and finally performing laser cutting based on the registration markings to obtain a packaging box with the pattern printed on the front side and the indentations formed on the rear side.

Abstract: A laser engraving machine having dual quick release mirror holders is provided. The laser engraving machine comprises a machine station, a first mirror holder and a second mirror holder. The machine station has a working platform, a rail and a first laser tube.
