    摘要： A pipeline pump shaped by stamping and welding, comprises a pump body, a pedestal, a pump rear cover and a motor installed at the opening of the pump body, and an impeller arranged inside the pump body. The pump body is comprised of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. A flow guide part, the impeller, an exhaust part, and the pump rear cover mounted on the opening of the outer cylinder are coaxially arranged upwards in turn from the opening of the inner cylinder. The impeller is axial suction and radial discharge. The disk bottom of the flow guide part is sealed with the opening of the inner cylinder. The impeller is coaxially arranged inside the flow guide part, and a flow guide vanes corresponding to a radial exhaust port of the impeller are provided on a circumferential wall of the flow guide part.

    摘要： The present invention is embodied in a grill configured for quick assembly, a method of partially pre-assembling the grill for shipping from the factory in a container, and a method of assembling the grill when removed from the shipping container. The grill comprises a firebox assembly for mounting on a cart assembly, the cart assembly having first and second support assemblies and at least one linking member interconnecting them. A hinge or pivot in the mid-portion of the linking member divides it into first and second linking member portions, and the opposite ends of the linking member portions are pivotally connected by hinges or the like to the first and second support assemblies. The linking member holds the first and second support assemblies together in a partially pre-assembled state, and the pivotal connections of the linking member portions allow the two assemblies to be folded for packaging in a shipping container. When removed from the container, the pivotal connections of the linking member portions allow the first and second support assemblies to be unfolded, with the linking member holding the two support assemblies in approximately the proper position with respect to each other and to the firebox assembly for assembly of the grill, thus allowing for easier and quicker grill assembly by one person. Alternatively, the linking member can itself be a support assembly with the first and second support assemblies pivotally attached to opposite ends of the linking member.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a multi-level and vertical assembling type PTFE heater and the methods of manufacture thereof. Said heater includes a vertical frame assembled by multi-poles and upper and lower retaining plates. Several levels of PTFE sleeves and electrical heating belts are alternatively disposed on the multi-poles. The number of the poles is determined in accordance with the size and capacity of a heater desired and the power and levels of PTFE electrical heating belts with heating needs. Multiple levels of PTFE electrical heating belts are formed in an assembling way, by which heaters with varied powers are easily produced and with the elements replaceable, will not be wholly wasted in event of an element damaged, thus the heater service life prolonged. Said heater has a better heating result than the one with only a single level of heating structure.

Depending on varied purposes, the PTFE heating product can be manufactured into the cylindrical type, which is used in cylindrical apparatuses such as tank reactors, towers, storage tanks, pipes etc. in the chemical industry, or the plate type, which is used in square-type tanks (as equipment) and as domestic heating radiators, or other special types.
