摘要: A uniaxial eccentric screw pump includes: a casing 1; a stator 2 having one end portion thereof connected to the casing 1 and having an inner peripheral surface formed into a female threaded shape; a rotor 3 configured to be insertable into the stator 2 and formed of a shaft body having a male threaded shape; and an end stud 4 connected to the other end portion of the stator 2. The stator 2 is formed of: a stator body 10; and an outer sleeve 9 detachably disposed on an outer peripheral portion of the stator body 10. A closure structure which at least prevents intrusion of a foreign material from the outside is provided at a junction between the stator body 10 and the casing 1 and at a junction between the stator body 10 and the end stud 4.

摘要: A uniaxial eccentric screw pump for rotating a rotor about its axis and revolving the rotor without involving complicated operations and control is provided. The uniaxial eccentric screw pump includes a rotor drive mechanism capable of revolving a rotor while rotating the rotor about its axis. The rotor drive mechanism includes a rotation power transmission member rotatable about a predetermined center axis, and a revolution track formation member capable of revolving a proximal shaft portion of the rotor while allowing rotation of the proximal shaft portion about its axis. The rotor drive mechanism distributes power output from the same motor in parallel and transmit the power to the rotation power transmission member and the revolution track formation member, enabling the rotation power transmission member and the revolution track formation member to rotate about their axes while being synchronized mechanically, and enabling the rotor to revolve while rotating about its axis.

摘要: The purpose is to provide a discharge system which can minimize wear of a connecting part of a discharging device and a refilling device which is caused under the influence of particulate matters contained in fluid even if connection and disconnection for refilling the discharging device with the fluid is repeated. A discharge system includes a discharging device capable of discharging the fluid, and a refilling device capable of refilling the discharging device with the fluid. The fluid is suppliable from the refilling device side to the discharging device side by inserting one of a discharge-side coupler provided to the discharging device side and a refill-side coupler provided to the refilling device side into the other to connect the discharging device to the refilling device. A clearance size d formed between the discharge-side coupler and the refill-side coupler is determined based on the particle size distribution of the particulate matters that constitutes the fluid.

摘要: The present invention comprises: a stator 2 that is cylindrical and has a through hole 10, the through hole 10 in the shape of a female screw and being formed at a certain pitch in the flow direction from an inlet to an outlet; and a rotor 3 that is formed in the shape of a male screw, is inserted into the through hole 10 of the stator 2 to form a transport space 11 with the inner circumferential surface of the through hole, and rotates to move a fluid from the inlet to the outlet through the transport space 11 while being inscribed on the inner circumferential surface. The volume of the transport space 11 is reduced toward the flow direction. This prevents, reliably, the occurrence of bubbles from a fluid at a downstream-side when the fluid is transported through the transport space 11 formed between the stator 2 and the rotor 3.
