A blower unit for an air conditioner includes a case accommodating a blower wheel and a blower motor driving the blower wheel, a cover coupled to one side of a lower portion of the case to form a cooling path so that some of cooling air blown by the blower wheel is input to the cooling path and flows in the cooling path toward a lower portion of the blower motor, and a coupling unit detachably coupling the cover and the case by sliding the cover in one direction with respect to the case.
Abstract:
A swash plate type compressor includes a drive shaft rotated by a driving source, a swash plate fixedly installed at the drive shaft, a piston reciprocated by the swash plate, a cylinder bore, where the piston is installed to be capable of sliding, for guiding reciprocation of the piston, a thrust bearing supporting a thrust force generated the swash plate and the drive shaft, a race having a protrusion for preventing rotation radially formed at an outer circumference thereof, and a cylinder block having a protrusion fixing means for preventing rotation of the race by fixing the protrusion of the race. Thus, abrasion due to rotational friction between the flat surface of the race and the thrust surface of the cylinder block can be prevented. Also, since generation of a gap between the cylinder block and the swash plate because of the abrasion of the flat surface of the race and the thrust surface of the cylinder block can be prevented, noise in the compressor, damage to the thrust in bearing, and damage to the neighboring member can be prevented. Further, when incorrect assembly is performed, the protrusions interfere with the piston so that incorrect assembly can be easily found and assembly can be easily performed.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compressor that can reduce the refrigerant gas pulsation pressure in multi-step when a refrigerant gas is discharged into a rear refrigerant gas discharge chamber toward the outside of the compressor and into a front refrigerant gas discharge chamber toward the outside of the compressor, thereby obtaining excellent reduction in the refrigerant gas pulsation pressure and remarkably reducing a noise due to the refrigerant gas pulsation.
Abstract:
A swash plate of a compressor comprising a plate member supported by a rotation shaft and contacting a shoe supported capable of sliding with respect to a piston, for reciprocating the piston, wherein an intermediary layer is formed on the surface of the plate member, and a solid lubrication layer formed of silver or silver alloy in which an adhesive force to the plate member is strengthened by the intermediary layer. Thus, the swash plate of the compressor according to the present invention exhibits an improved lubrication feature at a high temperature and under heavy load while frictionally contacting the shoe and rotating at a high speed and is prevented from being seizured into the shoe. Also, reliability according to driving of the compressor is improved. Further, the lubrication features of the swash plate and the shoe are improved and the life span of the compressor is extended
