摘要: The present invention relates to a blower, the blower according to an embodiment of the present invention comprising: a lower case having a suction hole formed therein through which air is introduced; an upper case arranged on the upper side of the lower case and having a discharge hole formed therein through which air is discharged; and a fan arranged in the lower case and including a plurality of blades. Each of the plurality of blades includes a plurality of airfoils respectively extending along different camber lines from one another, and a leading edge of connecting the leading ends of the plurality of airfoils. Entrance angles formed by the respective camber lines of the plurality of airfoils and the rotation directions of the blades are different from one another. Thus, due to the curved shape of the leading edge and the design of a recessed notch, a flow separating from the leading edge is reduced, and thus, there is an advantage in that air volume performance is improved.

摘要: In an air compressor, inner blades of a cooling fan are formed into a centrifugal type, and outer blades are formed into an axial flow type. Exterior air is sucked through a ventilating window by the outer blades, and an air stream (CA1) is generated. A part of the generated air stream flows towards a stator coil, like an air stream (CA2). By a negative pressure generated by the inner blades, the air in the vicinity of the stator coil is sucked to the inner blades, like an air stream (CA3). The sucked air flows out from a motor-side opening towards a non-motor-side opening by a negative pressure generated by the outer blades, is sucked to the outer blades like an air stream (CA4) and flows out together with the air stream (CA1).

摘要: A ring fan and shroud assembly having a fan, a shroud member, a recirculating flow member, and a plurality of curved guide vanes. The fan has a hub with a plurality of projecting fan blades and an outer ring member. The shroud member is positioned around the outer ring member. The recirculating flow member is on the shroud member and is positioned forward adjacent the outer ring member. The guide vanes are positioned within the recirculating flow member and define an inlet angle, which is nearly tangential with an outer entry diameter radial surface of the recirculating flow member, and an outlet angle that is nearly radial along an inner exit diameter of the recirculating flow member.
