摘要: The disclosure provides a device having a C-arm, the C-arm including a main body of which the cross-sectional profile is formed as a double H, an outer wall, an inner wall and two side walls of the main body forming a rectangular cavity. The device also includes running wires arranged on the main body and running rollers, on which the C-arm is movably mounted, rolling on the running wires. The running wires and the running rollers are arranged in such a way that at least 50 percent of the mounting forces acting on the running wires due to the running rollers is introduced into the side walls of the main body. The disclosure also provides an x-ray imager having such a device. The disclosure offers the advantage that undesired oscillations of the C-arm are avoided.

摘要: An arrangement for motorized assistance in movement of manually movable components of medical apparatuses is provided. The arrangement includes at least one torque sensor that is arranged in a drivetrain of a movable component of a medical apparatus. The at least one torque sensor detects the moments occurring in the drivetrain in a stationary state and in motion. Using an evaluation unit, the torque detected by the at least one torque sensor may be compared against a predefinable first threshold value. The first threshold value is predefined according to a possible position of the movable component. The arrangement includes a drive unit, by which the drive of the drivetrain may be provided with motorized assistance when the first threshold value is exceeded.

摘要: A system for protecting cables and lines is provided. The system includes a telescopic C-arm and a cable carrier. The telescopic C-arm includes an outer C-arm, an inner C-arm, an outer carriage, and an inner carriage. The outer C-arm, on an outer surface of the outer C-arm, is arranged in a displaceable manner along the outer carriage. The inner C-arm, on an outer surface of the inner C-arm, is arranged in a fixed or displaceable manner on the inner carriage. The inner carriage is arranged in a displaceable manner along an inner surface of the outer C-arm. The cable carrier connects the outer carriage and the inner carriage. The cable carrier accommodates the cables and the lines and is configured to move freely between the outer C-arm and the inner C-arm.

摘要: A medical treatment or examination device includes at least one device component that may move relative to at least one other device component via a drive device. A measuring device is provided for detecting a load acting on the movable device component. The measuring device includes a support that bends due to the load. The support, at least in a bending region, has a section producing a magnetic field. The measuring device also includes at least one coil that is assigned to the section and in which the magnetic field undergoing a change as a result of bending due to a load induces an induction current that serves as measurement signal describing the load.

The device includes a carrier module of the medical instrument, a housing cladding module that is detachably connected to the carrier module at at least one connection site, and at least one switching element arranged on the carrier module at a distance from the connection site. A partial portion of the housing cladding module has a spring-like flexible design in order to be pressed in the direction of the switching element during a collision with an object.
