    摘要: A refrigerant distribution unit for an air conditioner, includes: a pipe unit which distributes a refrigerant from a refrigerant pipe on an outdoor unit side to multiple branch refrigerant pipes, which includes an electromagnetic valve and a temperature sensor, on an indoor unit side; a main unit which stores the pipe unit covered by an insulator case, upper and lower cases; and an electric component box which controls the electromagnetic valves and the temperature sensors by connecting the valves with the sensors by cables. A cable draw-out recessed portion is formed in one of side faces of the insulator case where the connecting slots for the pipes are formed, and a bottom face recessed portion for storing the cables is formed in a bottom face of the insulator case. The upper case includes a cable draw-out slot for guiding the cables to a cable guide hole formed in the electric component box.

    摘要: In order to provide a memory controller capable of calibrating a memory access timing even in a case where an application has no blanking interval, the memory controller includes: a delay circuit (3) for delaying data strobe signals; at least two FIFO buffer units (7, 8, and 9) for storing data values of data signals transmitted from a memory based on at least two of the data strobe signals delayed by the delay circuit (3), respectively; a comparator (4) for comparing the data values stored in the at least two FIFO buffer units; and a control circuit (6) for controlling delay time periods for the at least two of the data strobe signals by using the delay circuit (3) based on comparison results (10) acquired from the comparator (4). Further, one of the data values stored in the at least two FIFO buffer units is used also for normal operation.

    摘要: In a large scale FIFO circuit comprising a shift register circuit, the shift register circuit is reduced in its occupation area size to reduce the entire size of the FIFO circuit. A necessary number N of addresses is divided by positive integers A, B, . . . , M (where A×B×. . . , ×M≧N) to form a plurality of small scale shift register circuits in each of an A address generation circuit (1), B address generation circuit (2), . . . , and, an M address generation circuit (3). An external input CLK (i.e., clock) signal is supplied to only one of the small scale shift register circuits, i.e., only the A address generation circuit. Of the remaining small scale shift register circuits, one has its address output signal supplied to its successors as a clock input signal by cascading the remaining small scale register circuits in connection, so that a plurality of the A addresses, B addresses, . . . , and, the M addresses are generated, which are combined with each other, whereby addressing or address setting is performed.
