    摘要: A liquid pressure-feed device is provided wherein a working fluid discharge port can be connected to a liquid generation source side through an external pipe or can be connected to a liquid inlet port of a closed vessel without going through an external pipe. A closed vessel outer opening for opening a working fluid discharge port outwards of a closed vessel is provided and a communication passage for connecting the working fluid discharge port to a liquid inlet port is formed in the closed vessel. When connecting the working fluid discharge port to the liquid generation source side through an external pipe connected to the closed vessel outer opening, a ring member is used to provide closure between the working fluid discharge port and the liquid inlet port and provide communication between the working fluid discharge port and the closed vessel outer opening. Instead, when connecting the working fluid discharge port to the liquid inlet port, a plug member is used to close the closed vessel outer opening.

    摘要: A thermally-actuated steam trap comprises a valve casing having an inlet, a valve chest and an outlet. A valve seat member with a discharge passage is disposed between the valve chest and the outlet. A temperature control element with an expansible medium sealed therein is disposed within the valve chest, and consists of two disk-shaped wall members, at least one wave-like diaphragm member provided between the wall members, and a valve member secured to the diaphragm member. Displacement of the diaphragm accompanying the expansion and contraction of the expansible medium causes the valve member to come into and out of a seating engagement with the valve seat member to close and open the discharge passage. In order to avoid a state of producing a permanent deformation of the diaphragm of low elastic material and not to be affected by repeated use of the diaphragm, the upper surface of the lower disk-shaped wall member has a curved region corresponding to the wave form of the diaphragm member.

    摘要: A combination pump and trap is disclosed which includes a snap-over mechanism useful for small floats with little buoyancy. The snap-over mechanism has a geometry in which the distance between the float or compression arm pivot point and the pivot for the portion of the spring connected to a first arm or toggle link is greater than the distance from the float or compression arm pivot point and the pivot for the portion of the spring connected to the float or compression arm. This geometry allows the magnification of buoyancy by the main arm which is transmitted to the first toggle link to be large and the magnification of buoyancy by the first toggle link which is transmitted to the change-over valve to be large. A trap which is connected to the float arm is also used, which allows a liquid seal to be maintained at the liquid discharge port. A double seal valve with a mechanism for allowing rapid opening of the valve upon movement of the float is also disclosed, as is a externally-cleanable working fluid feed valve.

    摘要: A drain treatment system capable of achieving balance of pressure between a facility apparatus and a drain treatment apparatus with a simple structure is provided.A bottom part of a heat, exchanger 2 is connected with a top part of a drain tank 3 by a drain discharge pipe 4. The drain discharge pipe 4 has a balance pipe-connecting tube 5. The balance pipe-connecting tube 5 comprises: a balance pipe-connecting part 6; a communicating tube-connecting part 7; and a communicating passage 8 which connects both the parts therein. The top part of the drain tank 3 is connected with the balance pipe-connecting part 6 by a balance pipe 9. Further, the communicating tube-connecting part 7 is connected with a lower part of the heat exchanger 2 by a communicating tube 10 which passes through the drain discharge pipe 4. If a drain level of the heat exchanger 2 is below an open end of the communicating tube 8 on the side of the heat exchanger 2, the balance of pressure is achieved between the heat exchanger 2 and the drain tank 3 by the balance pipe 9, the communicating passage 8, and the communicating tube 10, allowing the drain from the heat exchanger 2 to be smoothly discharged into the drain tank 3 through the drain discharge pipe 4.

    摘要: A hot water generator which has a high ability to prevent the hot water temperature from rising above a preset temperature when withdrawal of hot water is stopped. A hot water withdrawal pipe 5 of a heat exchanger 1 and a cold water intake pipe 4 thereof are connected through a circulating pipe 40 having a circulating pump 39. A cold water reservoir 42 is provided in the heat exchanger 1 on its cold water intake pipe 4 side. When withdrawal of hot water is stopped, the circulating pump 39 forces hot water in the heat exchanger 1 to circulate through the cold water reservoir 42, cold water intake pipe 4, circulating pipe 40 and hot water withdrawal pipe 5 back to the heat exchanger 1 or the circulating pump 39 forces hot water in the heat exchanger 1 to circulate through the hot water withdrawal pipe 5, circulating pipe 40, cold water intake pipe 4 and cold water reservoir 42 back to the heat exchanger 1. The temperature of circulating hot water is lowered by the cold water reservoir 42 so that the ability to prevent the hot water temperature from rising above a preset temperature is enhanced.
