摘要： A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor mounting substrate, a mother case having an opening and housing the semiconductor mounting substrate, a plurality of securing members provided along a rim of the mother case, a screw terminal, and a lid member. The screw terminal has a flat plate portion, an insertion portion extending from the flat plate portion, and a terminal bottom portion, is secured to the securing members by insertion of the insertion portion between adjacent securing members, and is electrically connected to the semiconductor mounting substrate on the terminal bottom portion side. The lid member closes the opening with the screw terminal secured to the securing members. The screw terminal is bent such that the flat plate portion faces an upper surface of the lid member closing the opening. The semiconductor device that can achieve reduction in size of the entire device is obtained.

摘要： A dielectric filter in which many attenuation poles can be generated, including attenuation poles generated by tap coupling, so that arbitrary passing characteristics and attenuation characteristics can be obtained. In this filter, inside a dielectric block there are formed through-holes having stepped structures in which inner conductors are disposed on the inner surfaces of the holes to capacitively couple the resonators. There are also formed lateral holes having conductive films disposed on the inner surfaces of the holes. The lateral holes are connected to input/output terminals in predetermined positions of the inner conductors. Further, terminal electrodes may be disposed adjacent to predetermined positions of the inner conductors. With this arrangement, attenuation poles are generated by both distributed constant resonator coupling and tap coupling on the low frequency side and/or the high frequency side of a pass band.

摘要： The open faces of resonator holes of a dielectric filter are capable of being formed with high dimensional precision by a simple process, by which a coupling between resonators and an external coupling can easily be adjusted. In addition, a duplexer including the dielectric filter, and a communication apparatus including at least one of the dielectric filter and the duplexer are provided. The dielectric filter includes a dielectric block having protrusions on the upper surface of a substantially rectangular-parallelepiped base. Resonator holes are disposed by penetrating from the end faces of the protrusions to the lower surface of the base that opposes the end faces. External coupling holes are disposed by penetrating the opposing upper and lower surfaces of the base. An inner conductor is formed on the inner surface of each hole, and an outer conductor is formed on the substantially entire outer surface of the dielectric block except the end faces of the protrusions. Additionally, input and output electrodes separated from the outer conductor are formed at the openings of the external coupling holes on the lower surface of the dielectric block.

摘要： A heating apparatus of the present invention relates to a high speed oven having a turntable mechanism for heating food products by utilizing a combination of jet impingement of heated air (a jet impingement) and microwaves or either of them, the apparatus comprising a safety device and an exhaust device. This invention has the following configurations: a turntable mechanism for enabling the turntable to be preferably rotated, the turntable including openings at the central part thereof so that the heated air and microwaves can pass therethrough; a limiter mechanism for removing overload imposed on the turntable by utilizing only a mechanical operation; an apparatus provided with scarfed areas on upper and lower boards of the heating chamber so that the food products can be baked uniformly even when utilizing a jet impingement technique; a fan guard comprising a switch activation device for activating a switch for allowing a generation of the heated air, which switch is positioned at the outside of the heating chamber, only when the fan guard is fixed to the heating chamber; a heating apparatus which simplifies operations for connecting exhaust tubes upon a number of apparatuses being stacked on each other; and a turntable driving mechanism for preventing contaminants from flowing into a gap between a connecting shaft and an axis receptor.

摘要： A heating apparatus includes a central support axle positioned within a heating chamber of the heating apparatus. The heating apparatus provides both hot-air heating and micro-wave heating. A turntable has a central portion supported by the central support axle so that the turntable is rotated around the central support axle. A driving source is positioned at an upper side of the heating chamber for generating a rotating torque, and a connecting shaft for transmitting the rotating torque generated by the driving source to the turntable is provided in the heating chamber. The turntable has an entirely flat shaped section including a plane on which food products to be heated are mounted. A central portion of the flat shaped section is defined at a concave which is downwardly recessed into the plane and arranged to be fixed to and supported by the central support axis. The plane and the concave of said flat shaped section are provided with a plurality of openings so that hot air and micro-waves can be passed therethrough. The driving axle is engaged, at a lower end portion thereof, with an outer periphery of the flat shaped section to transmit the rotating torque to the flat shaped section.

In addition, a communication apparatus incorporating the dielectric filter or the dielectric duplexer can be provided. Inside a dielectric member, resonance line holes having resonance lines formed on the inner surfaces thereof are disposed. Both ends of each of the resonance line holes are open-circuited. The inner diameter of each of the resonance line holes is changed at some point in the longitudinal direction of each resonance line to form a stepped part.
