摘要： The present invention herein provides a 2-pyridone derivative which has a cell adhesion-inhibitory activity and which is useful for preventing and/or treating pathema or disease conditions including, for instance, inflammations which relate to leukocytic infiltration. The 2-pyridone derivative is a compound represented by the following general formula (1). In the formula, R1 represents, for instance, a phenyl or pyridyl group, R2 represents, for instance, a phenyl group, R3 represents, for instance, a lower alkyl group, R4 represents, for instance, a lower alkyl group, R5 represents, for instance, a lower alkyl group, and R6 represents, for instance, a lower alkyl group.
