Abstract:
To provide a guide tube equipped with a balloon for puncture, devised to ensure a deeper level of puncture when the balloon is punctured with a puncture needle, in order to safely and reliably ensure a route for percutaneous approach to the inside of the body.
Abstract:
The purpose of this invention is to provide an esophagus stoma button capable of safely forming and maintaining a stoma hole provided in an esophagus and reducing the discomfortableness of a patient. To achieve the object, in the present invention, the stoma button 9 is comprised of a shaft part 1 and a flange part 2 provide at the rear end of the shaft part rounded at the tip thereof. More specifically, in the esophagus stoma button 9, a flange part is provide at the rear end of the shaft part rounded at the tip thereof, and a lumen having a generally circular cross section in the area ranging from the shaft part to the flange part is provided, a means for fixing a catheter for infusion is provided in the flange part with a flat and generally circular shape and a means for tightly closing the opening of the flange part is provided at the opening thereof.

Abstract:
A medical tube inserting device that ensures safely and infallibly a route for draining of digestive juices and infusion of drug solutions, enteral nutrition and the like, and more specifically, a balloon catheter for puncturing which does not rupture that ensures a safe and infallible rout for infusion of a enteral nutrition solution and the like. The tube inserting device containing this catheter, and a method for use thereof. The route can be percutanelosly made safe and sure in all tubular organs like the esophagus, stomach, bile duct, pancreatic duct, intestine, urinary duct, and urinary bladder by a balloon catheter for puncturing, equipped with a balloon which does not rupture by puncturing, and an ultrasonic probe, a puncturing needle a guide wire, a dilator, a sheath and an indwelling catheter.
Abstract:
To provide a tool for safely and reliably securing a route for endermically approaching the interior of the body; more specifically, an endoscope-equipped puncture balloon that is designed to allow a balloon that does not immediately burst when punctured by a puncturing needle or the like to be used as a target, and that can be used by installing or inserting an endoscope in a tube holding such balloon. In a thin-walled main body tube 1 equipped with an endoscope-installed section at the rear end, a balloon 2 is disposed on the front surface thereof, and a branch tube 4 communicating with the interior of the balloon 2 in a gas-liquid flow manner is disposed on the main body tube 1, the branch tube 4 having a connector 5 annexed to the rear end thereof; thus it is not until the liquid in the balloon is absorbed without the balloon immediately bursting when punctured by a puncturing needle that a bore can be secured until the balloon is contracted.

Abstract:
A guide tube equipped with a balloon for puncture, includes a main body tube 1 equipped with a balloon 2 on its tip end-side surface, the tube 1 having a main lumen 5 for insertion of an endoscope, which penetrates from the rear end to the tip end, and a sub lumen 6 brought in gas/liquid communication with the inside of the balloon 2, the main lumen 5 being provided, at its rear end, with an endoscope insertion part, and the sub lumen 6 being provided, at its rear end, with connectors 3 for inflating and contracting operations of the balloon 2, wherein the balloon on the tip end-side surface is used as an outer balloon 21, a needle through hole, through which a puncture needle 22 sufficiently passes, is formed in a wall surface of the main body tube 1 located inside the outer balloon 2, the hole is blocked air-tightly with an inflatable sheet material, and the sheet material is provided as an inner balloon, the inner balloon being so formed that, upon inflation of the outer balloon 2, the inner balloon 9 inflates and projects from the needle through hole toward the inside of the main lumen 5 due to the internal pressure of the outer balloon 2, so that the tip end of the puncture needle 22 can be pierced into the inflating and projecting part.
