Abstract:
To provide a tool for safely and reliably securing a route for endermically approaching the interior of the body; more specifically, an endoscope-equipped puncture balloon that is designed to allow a balloon that does not immediately burst when punctured by a puncturing needle or the like to be used as a target, and that can be used by installing or inserting an endoscope in a tube holding such balloon. In a thin-walled main body tube 1 equipped with an endoscope-installed section at the rear end, a balloon 2 is disposed on the front surface thereof, and a branch tube 4 communicating with the interior of the balloon 2 in a gas-liquid flow manner is disposed on the main body tube 1, the branch tube 4 having a connector 5 annexed to the rear end thereof; thus it is not until the liquid in the balloon is absorbed without the balloon immediately bursting when punctured by a puncturing needle that a bore can be secured until the balloon is contracted.
Abstract:
A guide tube equipped with a balloon for puncture, includes a main body tube 1 equipped with a balloon 2 on its tip end-side surface, the tube 1 having a main lumen 5 for insertion of an endoscope, which penetrates from the rear end to the tip end, and a sub lumen 6 brought in gas/liquid communication with the inside of the balloon 2, the main lumen 5 being provided, at its rear end, with an endoscope insertion part, and the sub lumen 6 being provided, at its rear end, with connectors 3 for inflating and contracting operations of the balloon 2, wherein the balloon on the tip end-side surface is used as an outer balloon 21, a needle through hole, through which a puncture needle 22 sufficiently passes, is formed in a wall surface of the main body tube 1 located inside the outer balloon 2, the hole is blocked air-tightly with an inflatable sheet material, and the sheet material is provided as an inner balloon, the inner balloon being so formed that, upon inflation of the outer balloon 2, the inner balloon 9 inflates and projects from the needle through hole toward the inside of the main lumen 5 due to the internal pressure of the outer balloon 2, so that the tip end of the puncture needle 22 can be pierced into the inflating and projecting part.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A catheter kit for a burrow having a catheter and an obturator and excellent in operability. The catheter comprises a tube having, inside, a nutrient passage leading nutrition or chemicals from the outside of a body to the inside of a stomach and extending along the wall surface of the burrow and a non-balloon type endodwelling member fitted to the tip part of the tube, normally placed in an expanded state and reduced in diameter less than that in the expanded state when an external force acts thereon by the obturator, and indwelled in the stomach in a buried state in a living body. The obturator comprises a guide wire passage detachably engaged with the catheter and allowing a guide wire installed in the obturator ranging from the tip to the midway thereof to be inserted therein and an operation part for transmitting the external force to the endodwelling member fitted to the rear end thereof. The rear end part of the guide wire passage and the operation part are arranged in a separated state.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a body fluid suction reservoir including a flexible bag, two plates for supporting the bag, and a spring put between the two plates. The body fluid suction reservoir further includes a lock having a hook and a release part and consisting of a member different from the two plates, by which lock the spring is held in a state compressed between the two plates, and the held state is releasable. The lock has flexibility and is held by one of the plates so as to be deformable from a first state in which the hook is engaged with the other plate to a second state in which the hook is not engaged, and the lock is urged to take the first state.
Abstract:
A medicinal liquid injection port having an internal space for storing a medicinal liquid, a medicinal liquid inlet which communicates with the internal space, a septum which seals the medicinal liquid inlet, a medicinal liquid outflow path which communicates with the internal space, a connector being provided at the end of the medicinal liquid outflow path, and a protective lock, used in connecting a catheter, combined therewith, wherein the main body of the port has a concave part only in the direction of the medicinal liquid outflow path, the connector is placed in the concave part, and an external appearance is a form of an approximately integral body with the outer periphery of the port main body when the protective lock is fitted to the concave part of the port main body, or the medicinal liquid injection port which, when viewed from side, shows a form bulging upward and downward.
