    摘要: A dehumidifier by which the rate of heat recovery by the heat exchanger for recovering heat can be increased, the power consumption of the heater can be decreased, and by which the amount of dehumidification per a power consumption can be promoted, is disclosed. The dehumidifier 1 comprises a rotor case 31 harboring a dehumidification rotor 2 rotatably and drivably mounted therein, having an opening for dehumidification 38 through which air to be dehumidified passes, and having an opening for regeneration 39 through which air for regeneration passes; a heater 5 for heating the air for regeneration before passing through the opening for regeneration; a heat exchanger for recovering heat 7 which transfers heat of the air for regeneration passing through the second passage section to the air for regeneration passing through the first passage section; a dehumidification passage X harboring a dehumidification fan 3; and a regeneration passage Y harboring a regeneration fan 4. The direction of rotation of the dehumidification rotor 2 is set such that the air for regeneration which passed through posterior area C of the dehumidification rotor flows into downstream portion in the second passage section, and that the air for regeneration which passed through anterior area H of the dehumidification rotor flows into upstream portion in the second passage section.

    摘要: Two passages adjacent to each other via walls are formed spirally, and heat is exchanged between fluids passing through the passages via the walls. Upper and lower end faces of the spiral passages are covered with end plates, and the spiral passages and the end plates are sealed air-tightly. The end plates have a first passage inlet opening only to the first passage, a first passage outlet opening only to the first passage, a second passage inlet opening only to the second passage and a second passage outlet opening only to the second passage. Each of the inlets and outlets is open to every turn of the spiral passage. A first fluid entering the passage from the first passage inlet passes through the first passage for less than one turn only and is discharged from the first passage outlet. A second fluid entering the passage through the second passage inlet passes through the second passage for less than one turn only and is discharged from the second passage outlet. Thus, since the fluids entering from the openings pass through the passages for less than one turn only, the pressure loss is small, throughput is high, and the power used for the processing can be reduced.

    摘要: A dehumidification apparatus which retains a high dehumidification ability is disclosed. The dehumidification apparatus comprises a container having at least one air inlet and at least one air outlet, and has an upper plate covering the container; a fan driven by a motor, which introduces air into the container from the air inlet and discharges air from the container through the air outlet so that air flow passing through the container is formed; and a holder for holding deliquescent dehumidification agent. The holder is contained in the container, which holder has at least one downwardly tapered compartment in which the deliquescent dehumidification agent is held. The deliquescent dehumidification agent held in the compartment contacts the air flow via through holes through which water and air can pass but the deliquescent dehumidification agent cannot pass, which through holes are formed in outer boundary of the compartment.

The apparatus used for the method for extracting water from the air comprises at least a rotatably mounted hygroscopic moisture-absorbing rotor having at least one region through which air can pass in the direction of thickness thereof; a passage for regeneration through which air for regeneration is circulated, of which both ends are opened at the opposing two surfaces of a regeneration region, respectively, the regeneration region being a part of the moisture-absorbing rotor, at which the moisture-absorbing rotor that absorbed moisture is regenerated; and a drain hole for taking out condensed water from the passage for regeneration.
