摘要: A blow-by gas filtration assembly an axis and includes a support body including a filtration chamber, an inlet mouth of the blow-by gases to be filtered, and an outlet mouth of the filtered blow-by gases. The filtration assembly includes a hollow, cylindrical filter group having a central chamber traversable radially from the outside to the inside by blow-by gases, a control drive operatively connected to the filter group to control it in rotation and a shaft, for support and control, extending along the axis defining internally an air duct through which the filtered blow-by gases flow. The shaft includes a filter portion on which the filter group is mounted, a control portion operatively connected to the control drive and an outflow portion axially positioned between the filter portion and the control portion including at least one outflow window through which the filtered blow-by gases flow.

The open end cap of the secondary filter element defines a sealing structure having a first portion extending into the secondary filter interior volume. 摘要: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a portable industrial air filtration device employing an annular dual filter assembly to capture and remove impurities from the air surrounding the air filtration device, enabling the air filtration device to quickly and efficiently improve the quality and safety of the air. The air filtration device includes a two-piece housing including a lower housing component and a locking cover removably attachable to the lower housing component. The dual filter assembly is mounted within the housing between the locking cover and the lower housing component, and includes a removable self-supporting outer pre-filter surrounding a separately removable inner HEPA filter. The pre-filter initially filters the surrounding air by capturing relatively large or coarse impurities, and the HEPA filter further filters the air pulled through the pre-filter by capturing relatively small or fine impurities.

摘要: Implementations described and claimed herein provide air filtration monitoring. In one implementation, air filtration data is received from one or more air filtration systems over a network. Each of the one or more air filtration systems is configured to provide purified air into an enclosed space by removing ultra-fine particles from air using at least one primary filter. The air filtration data is captured by one or more sensors. The air filtration data is correlated based on at least one monitoring parameter, and air filtration analytics are generated from the correlated data. In another implementation, health data is received from a controller in an air filtration system. The health data is captured using one or more sensors. Health monitoring analytics are generated from the health data, and feedback is generated from the health monitoring analytics.

摘要: A particulate filter control system and method for controlling the same is disclosed. The particulate filter load monitoring system may transmit radio frequency signals through the resonant cavity and filter medium across a frequency range sufficient to generate more than one resonant mode. The system may contain additional sensors for monitoring additional exhaust characteristics and parameters. Further, a control unit may be configured to determine the amount of material accumulated in the particulate filter, detect failures and malfunctions of the exhaust after-treatment system and its associated components, and initiate an action based on the amount of material accumulated in the particulate filter, the determination of a system failure or malfunction, or input from one or more exhaust sensors.
