摘要: A gain control circuit of the current mirror circuit type in which a current source for a first current mirror circuit is constituted with the output stage of another current mirror circuit. Among the junctions of the first current mirror circuit and the another current mirror circuit, the bias side junction of the first current mirror circuit is used as an input terminal and the other as an output terminal. A predetermined current is supplied to a resistor connected to the emitter of the bias side transistor of the first current mirror circuit to obtain a predetermined gain. Application of a signal to the resistor, which signal is opposite in phase to an input signal, serves to cancel the influence of the input signal to thereby eliminate fluctuations in the gain.

摘要: Disclosed is a variable output-type constant current source circuit capable of varying its output current in a stepwise manner without the complication in circuit configuration and the increase in size of a semiconductor circuit board for incorporating the circuit therein. The constant current source circuit comprises a first self-biasing type constant current circuit 3a configured such that transistors M1, M2 are operable to cooperatively supply a given voltage across a resistor RS to generate a stabilized current IR1. In order to vary the output current, the constant current source circuit includes a switching circuit 5 (transistor M5) connected in series to a series circuit connecting in series the transistor M1 and the resistor RS, and a second constant current circuit 4 connected in parallel to a series circuit connecting in series the transistor M1, the resistor RS and the transistor M5. The second constant current circuit 4 is also configured to serve as an activation circuit for the first constant current circuit 3a.

摘要: A moving body detection method and apparatus which detects moving bodies by processing image data for said moving bodies, including a process in which spatial phases, which are obtained by the operational formula tan−1 (AS/AC) or cot−1 (AC/AS) (where AC is a Fourier cosine transformation and AS is a Fourier sine transformation) in a case where image signals obtained as aggregates of picture elements on the basis of picture element data constituting the image data are subjected to a spatial Fourier transformation in a direction which is not perpendicular to a direction of movement of the moving bodies, are calculated in terms of a time series; and then the moving bodies are detected on the basis of changes occurring in the calculated spatial phases.

摘要: An object detecting system including an ultrasonic transducer element array including first to N-th ultrasonic transducer elements, a first means for intermittently supplying burst driving pulses to the ultrasonic transducer elements at different times in each of successive intermittent periods. Also, the object detecting system includes a second means coupled between each of the first to N-th ultrasonic transducer elements and the first means for applying the burst driving pulses to the first to N-th ultrasonic transducer elements, successively. The second means includes first to N-th delay circuits which delay applying the burst driving pulses to the ultrasonic transducer elements with the first to N-th delay circuits giving different delay time periods, respectively, so that the delay time periods are successively longer in the order from the first delay circuit to the N-th delay circuit and each of the ultrasonic transducer elements is supplied with the burst driving pulse through two kinds of the delay circuits connected in parallel in such a manner that the M-th number of the ultrasonic transducer elements is coupled with the M-th and (N-M+1) th delay circuits, with M being a number from one to N.

摘要: An ultrasonic wave sensor wherein the transmitter and receiver include a linear array of transducers. Each of the transducers of the transmitter are driven by plural pulsed signals in each of a plurality of intermittent time periods. The timing of the pulsed signals to each of the transducers is controlled to produce wave fronts that interfere to produce combined wave fronts at angles to the array of transducers. Three-phase charge coupled devices in conjunction with three-phase clocking pulses are used to produce pulsed signals of predetermined delays to each of the transducers. The receiver uses three-phase charge coupled devices and three-phase clocking pulses to process returned signals.
