摘要: A system management device manages a monitored system. When a performance failure occurs in the monitored system, the system management device creates a plurality of countermeasures for the performance failure. The system management device evaluates, for each of the plurality of countermeasures, the influence of the countermeasure on the execution of a job having an execution deadline associated with the countermeasure. The system management device selects the countermeasure to be executed on the monitored system from out of the plurality of countermeasures based on the evaluation results.

摘要: Example implementations described herein involve an attribute of an inflow source that is assigned to each trajectory in the camera view, which is used for crowd analysis. The inflow source is estimated using techniques of tracking across cameras. If the inflow source is different even if the flow trajectories are the same direction, the trajectories are visualized in different styles. By using the attribute of the inflow source, it is possible to detect changes and anomalies in the crowd that were difficult to detect using the prior art.

摘要: When an operation request of a file is made, a first storage system performs an operation of the file stored in the first storage system on the basis of the operation request, describes, in an operation log, a counter value of a management information file, associated with the file on which the operation is to be performed, together with operation content with respect to the file, replies to the operation request, and updates the counter value of the management information file when the file stored in the first storage system is transferred to a second storage system.

摘要: A storage system includes a plurality of storage nodes. The storage node includes: one or more storage devices which respectively provide a storage area; and one or more control software which read/write requested data from/into the corresponding storage device according to a request from a higher-level device, wherein each of the control software retains predetermined configuration information required for reading/writing requested data from/into the corresponding storage device according to a request from the higher-level device, wherein a plurality of the control software are managed as a redundancy group, and the configuration information retained in each of the control software belonging to the same redundancy group is synchronously updated, and wherein the plurality of control software configuring the redundancy group are each deployed in respectively different storage nodes so as to distribute a load of each of the storage nodes.

摘要: A shape of an object is measured with a high degree of accuracy. A shape measurement system comprises: a distance measuring head for irradiating an object with light and receiving light reflected from the object; a distance measuring device for generating a distance detection waveform on the basis of the reflected light; and a control device for analyzing the distance detection waveform and calculating a measured distance value to the object. The shape measurement system is characterized in that the control device calculates a feature amount of the distance detection waveform and performs at least one of a process of correcting an error in the measured distance value by substituting the feature amount into a correction formula and a process of performing a confidence weighting of an error in the measured distance value by substituting the feature amount into a confidence weighting formula.

摘要: A scale-out storage system includes a plurality of computer nodes each of which has a memory and a processor, and a storage apparatus. The computer nodes have one or more redundancy groups each of which is a group for metadata protection. Each of the one or more redundancy groups includes two or more of the computer nodes including a primary node being a primary computer node and a secondary node being a secondary computer node, and a failover is performed from the primary node to the secondary node. The memory of the primary node has stored therein metadata related to the redundancy group and to be accessed for control. The metadata is redundantly stored in the memory of the primary node and the memory of the secondary node.
