摘要: An air-conditioning controlling system having a controlling device controlling the operation of air-conditioning equipment based on setting information that has been set up in advance, and including an operating terminal wherein setting information can be changed by an occupant of an applicable area of the air-conditioning equipment, connected to the controlling device through a communication circuit, wherein the occupant is able to check what type of control operation is scheduled, prior to changing a setting for the applicable equipment, through scheduled operating information for the future for the specified applicable equipment being sent to the operating terminal that is operated by the occupant, thus enabling the occupant to consider individual countermeasures rather than changing the settings easily, not only making it possible to maintain the energy conservation effect of the air-conditioning controlling system as a whole, but also making it possible to increase the energy conservation awareness of the occupant.

摘要: A sheet feeding apparatus including: a separation claw for restraining both end portions of leading edges of sheets in a width direction orthogonal to a sheet feeding direction, the sheets having reached a sheet feeding position, and separating, one by one, the sheets fed by a pickup roller; and a photosensor detecting that the separation claw has reached a separation position for separating the sheets when a sheet stacking board is raised to detect that the sheets have reached the sheet feeding position, in which the separation claw, which is movable in an up-and-down direction, is moved to the separation position, the photosensor detects that the sheets supported by the sheet stacking board have reached the sheet feeding position of being feedable by the pickup roller, by rise of the sheet stacking board.

摘要: A sheet feeding apparatus, in which a drive motor rotates a pickup roller, and a drive transmission portion provided between the drive motor and the pickup roller transmits a drive from the drive motor to the pickup roller. During sheet feeding, one of the drive motor and the drive transmission portion causes the pickup roller to perform an intermittent drive of iterating the drive and a stop, so that a sheet is gradually deflected between the pickup roller and separation claws.

摘要: This invention provides a method for the removal of carbon dioxide present in gases which comprises bringing a CO.sub.2 -containing gas into contact with an aqueous solution containing at least one amine compound of the general formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 to R.sup.8 may be the same or different and each represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and m is 0 or 1. The method of the present invention makes it possible to remove carbon dioxide efficiently. In particular, since carbon dioxide can be easily desorbed by heating the aqueous solution having absorbed carbon dioxide, the thermal energy required for regeneration of the aqueous solution can be reduced.
