摘要： A wireless device receives one or more messages from a base station. The one or more messages comprise configuration parameters of a cell. The configuration parameters indicate: a plurality of slot format combinations of the cell; a channel occupancy time (COT) radio network temporary identifier (RNTI); and an index of a field in a downlink control information (DCI) for the cell. The DCI scrambled by the COT-RNTI is received. A COT structure, for the cell, is determined based on one of the plurality of slot format combinations indicated by the field in the DCI associated with the index. A transport block is transmitted, via the cell, on uplink resources according to the COT structure.

摘要： A wireless device receives one or more messages indicating a handover to a cell of a second base station. The one or more messages comprise configuration parameters of the cell. The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of power control parameter sets (PCPSs). The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of downlink reference signals. A downlink reference signal of the plurality of downlink reference signals is determined based on measurements of the plurality of downlink reference signals. A PCPS is selected from the plurality of PCPSs. The PCPS is associated with the downlink reference signal. An uplink transmission power is determined, based on the PCPS, for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of the cell. An uplink transport block is transmitted with the uplink transmission power via the PUSCH of the cell.

摘要： A wireless device receives, from a base station, one or more messages indicating: a number of repetition transmission occasions for uplink transmission of a transport block; and an interval for switching uplink transmissions between a first panel and a second panel. Based on the interval, a determination is made of: a first portion of the number of repetition transmission occasions for uplink transmission of the transport block; and a second portion of the number of repetition transmission occasions for uplink transmission of the transport block. The first portion of the number of repetition transmission occasions of the transport block is transmitted via the first panel. The second portion of the number of repetition transmission occasions of the transport block is transmitted via the second panel.

The wireless device monitors, based on the downlink control information, a second radio link quality on a second plurality of reference signals of the bandwidth part. The wireless device detects at least a second synchronization status based on the monitoring the second radio link quality.

A reference duration for contention window adjustment may be determined based on the configuration parameters. The reference duration may be from a beginning of a channel occupancy of a first transmission burst and until an end of a first slot. The at least one physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) may be transmitted. A contention window value may be determined based on a plurality of new data indicators (NDIs) received in a plurality of uplink grants corresponding to a plurality of first transport blocks transmitted by the wireless device during the reference duration. The wireless device may perform a listen before talk procedure based on the contention window value. One or more second transport blocks may be transmitted based on the listen before talk procedure indicating a clear channel.

摘要： Configuration parameters, of channel state information (CSI) resources for a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second TRP of a cell, are received. One or more media access control control elements (MAC CEs) are received. The MAC CEs indicate a first semi persistent CSI report for the first TRP. The MAC CEs indicate a second semi persistent CSI report for the second TRP. First reference signal received power (RSRP) values, for the first semi persistent CSI report, are determined based on the plurality of CSI resources. Second RSRP values, for the second semi persistent CSI report, are determined based on the CSI resources. A codeword, comprising the first RSRP values and the second RSRP values, is created. The codeword is transmitted, based on the first semi persistent CSI report and the second semi persistent CSI report, via a physical uplink control channel resource.

摘要： A downlink control information (DCI) is received. The DCI indicates one or more transmission configuration indication (TCI) states. A first pathloss between a transmission reception point (TRP) and a first panel of a wireless device is measured based on one or more pathloss reference signals (RSs). A second pathloss between the TRP and a second panel of the wireless device is measured based on the one or more pathloss RSs. A pathloss is determined based on a quantity of the one or more TCI states indicated by the DCI. The pathloss is a combined pathloss based on the first pathloss and the second pathloss in response to the quantity being equal to one. The pathloss is one of the first pathloss and the second pathloss in response to the quantity being greater than one. A transport block is transmitted with a transmission power based on the pathloss.
