摘要： Provided are a tape feeder for use in chip mounters that can reduce a chip feeding duration and prevent chips from being turned over or assuming wrong postures to feed the chips stably, and a chip mounting method. The tape feeder includes a second link having one end linked to a link shaft through which a first link and a pivot lever are combined and the other end in which a slot curved at a predetermined inclination is formed. The velocity at which a carrier tape is fed changes according to the inclination of the curve of the slot with respect to the moving direction of the first link, the curve contacting the contact unit upon the movement of the first link in a direction helping to rotate a ratchet gear.

摘要： Provided is an apparatus for disposing a material such as waste vinyl, which is configured to collect and dispose of the material on a constant quantity basis. The apparatus includes a receiving part which receives a material supplied from an outside; a supply part, provided at an end of the receiving part, through which the material is supplied to the receiving part; a door part provided at another end of the receiving part and configured to be opened to the outside; and a fixing part formed at a location adjacent to the door part and maintaining the receiving part in a closed state until an internal pressure of the receiving part reaches a predetermined pressure level, wherein the door part is opened to discharge the material to the outside if the internal pressure of the receiving part exceeds the predetermined pressure level.

摘要： A tape feeder for a chip mounter is provided. The tape feeder includes a frame, a first link, a second link, and a middle link. A tape is fed along the frame. The first link includes a guide unit guiding the tape and a first end rotatably connected to the frame. The first link is capable of being rotated between a closed position in which the guide unit couples with the frame to guide the tape and an open position in which the guide unit is placed away from the frame. The second link is rotatably connected to the frame and includes a first end supported relative to the frame. The middle link includes a first end rotatably connected to a second end of the first link and a second end rotatably connected to a second end of the second link.
