    摘要: A surface-treated metal material of the present invention has a composite film on the surface of a metal material. The composite film includes an organic silicon compound (W) having cyclic siloxane bonds, at least one metal compound (X) selected from a group consisting of a titanium compound and a zirconium compound, a phosphate compound (Y) and a fluorine compound (Z). In each of the components of the composite film, the ratio of XS/WS is from 0.06 to 0.16, where WS is a solid mass of Si derived from the organic silicon compound (W) and XS is a solid mass of at least one metal component selected from a group consisting of Ti and Zr included in the metal compound (X); the ratio of YS/WS is from 0.15 to 0.31, where WS is the solid mass of Si and YS is a solid mass of P derived from the phosphate compound (Y); and the ratio of ZS/WS is from 0.08 to 0.50, where WS is the solid mass of Si and ZS is a solid mass of F derived from the fluorine compound (Z).

Such exemplary method can be applied to, e.g., a pickled hot rolled steel sheet or an annealed and pickled cold rolled steel sheet containing between about 0.02% and about 0.2% C and between about 0.15% and about 2.5% Mn, and may include one or more procedures for rinsing the sheet, preplating the sheet with Ni, rapidly heating the sheet in a nonoxidizing atmosphere to a sheet temperature of about 430° C. to 500° C., then hot dip plating the sheet in a galvanizing bath containing between about 0.05% and about 0.2% Al, and then immediately heating the sheet rapidly for an alloying treatment. Such exemplary method can provide an improved alloying speed, improved plating appearance and better plating adhesion.

    摘要: Exemplary embodiments of the present invention can provide a galvanization method for hot-rolled steel sheet, cold-rolled steel sheet, or plating sheet of various compositions, which can avoid nonplating defects by using an Ni preplating procedure. For example, an exemplary galvanization method can be provided for pickled hot-rolled steel sheet or annealed cold-rolled steel sheet which is free from non-plating defects which includes cleaning the surface of the plating sheet, preplating it with Ni, rapidly heating the sheet in a nonoxidizing or reducing atmosphere to a sheet temperature of about 430 to 500° C. at a heating a rate of about 20° C./sec or more, and then hot dip plating the sheet in a galvanization bath. The exemplary amount of Ni preplating can be determined based on the plate type and amount of Si in the sheet steel to produce a hot dip galvanization that is free from non-plating defects.

    摘要: The present invention provides a metal material given a chrome-free surface treatment satisfying all of the requirements of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, fingermark resistance, conductivity, coatability, and blackening resistance at the time of working, which was difficult to achieve with conventional chromate-free technology. The chromate-free surface treated metal material of the present invention is comprised of a metal material on the surface of which is coated and dried an aqueous metal surface treatment agent comprising an organic silicon compound (W), obtained by blending a silane coupling agent (A) containing one amino group in its molecule and a silane coupling agent (B) containing one glycidyl group in its molecule in a solid weight ratio [(A)/(B)] of 0.5 to 1.7, at least one type of fluorocompound (X) selected from fluorotitanic acid or fluorozirconic acid, phosphoric acid (Y), and a vanadium compound (Z) so as to form a composite coating containing the different ingredients.
