摘要： An oral composition contains mutanase prepared from a culture which is obtained by cultivating a mutanase-producing microorganism belonging to the genus Bacillus having negative protease producibility. The oral composition is effective for suppressing dental plaque formation while the mutanase possesses commercially acceptable stability in the oral composition.
