摘要： Provided are a fiber material for liquid purification, being inexpensive, capable of reducing cleaning, and suppressing the generation of fine particles, and a cleaning device including the same. The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric base material containing a mixed resin of polyolefin and a styrene-olefin copolymer in a single fiber, which is used as a fiber material for liquid purification for removing a biotoxic substance from liquid, wherein the mass ratio of the polyolefin to the mass of the mixed resin is 10% by mass or more and 80% by mass or less and the mass ratio of all styrene residues to the mass of the styrene-olefin copolymer is 5% by mass or more and 50% by mass or less, a fiber material for liquid purification including the nonwoven fabric base material, a method for producing the material, and a cleaning device including the material.
