Abstract:
An armoured assault car has a central chassis articulated at each of its two ends on a bogie chassis by a transverse shaft and a longitudinal shaft. At least one monitoring device acts between the central chassis and the chassis of one of the bogies for controlling the relative transverse slope of the central chassis relative to the bogie chassis about the longitudinal axis of the car. The gun turret of the car is mounted on the central chassis for pivotal movement about a horizontal axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the central chassis. This horizontal axis is fixed relative to the central chassis, and the relative longitudinal slope between the gun turret and the central chassis is monitored so that the azimuth of the gun turret is maintained substantially constant.
Abstract:
A coupling part (1) for a fluid line coupling is provided with a locking element for locking in place a plug-in part that is to be introduced into the coupling (1), and with a checking element (8) to verify proper locking of the plug-in part. The checking element (8) is equipped with axially flexible spring arms (11, 12), which comprise an engagement structure (14, 15) devised to engage with a latching structure (15), and which, in a first checking position, block the checking element (8) from shifting into a second checking position if the plug-in part is not properly locked. After the second checking position has been assumed, as a result of the actuation by the plug-in part of an actuating structure formed on each spring arm (11, 12), the checking element (8) is out of engagement with the plug-in part, and it is therefore possible to remove the plug-in part from the coupling part in the second checking position of the checking part (8), as well, by actuating the locking element (5).
Abstract:
This invention relates to tip lorries. The dumper is of the type comprising a chassis frame provided with at least four carrying wheels 2, two of which at least being driving wheels, with a tipper articulated on the chassis frame about an axis 30 situated in the vicinity of one end of the chassis frame above and at the rear of the wheel axis corresponding to said end, the bottom of the tipper enveloping while it tipps a cylindrical sector surface with a radius superior to the radius of the wheels 2b situated at said end, wherein a driver's cab 28 is lodged between said wheels 2b inside the volume limited by said cylindrical sector surface. This invention is used in units with a carrying capacity approaching 200 tons.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to ballast cleaning and leveling machines which ensure in succession the extraction of the old ballast, the screening of said ballast for separating the good re-usable ballast from the earth, the fine and the coarse parts, and the redepositing of the good ballast. The improvement consists in adding between the excavator and the screening assembly a coarse crushing device acting on the old ballast removed by the excavator. The improved machine breaks apart the pebbles of the agglomerated blocks of the ballast so as to separate the re-usable ballast from the earth, fine and coarse parts to be rejected.
Abstract:
A device for removing, cleaning and replacing railroad ballast on a railway road bed comprises a chassis mounted on endless treads, the chassis carrying a bucket elevator at its forward end, that scoops up the ballast and discharges it onto a device that cleans the ballast by removing oversized and undersized particles and dirt. The cleaned pebbles of the ballast then fall to a conveyor belt which moves forwardly to deposit them again on the railway road bed in advance of the treads. The bucket elevator is mounted for horizontal swinging movement about a fixed vertical axis on the chassis; and the conveyor belt is similarly mounted; but the vertical axis of the conveyor belt is in advance of that of the bucket elevator, and the forward end of the conveyor belt is pivotally interconnected about a vertical axis with the bucket elevator for horizontal swinging movement with and relative to the bucket elevator. In this way, the cleaned ballast is evenly distributed over the area swept by the bucket elevator.
Abstract:
The present invention has for its object an off-road vehicle comprising a central chassis at each end of which is articulated about a transverse axis, a bogie chassis with a jack acting between the central chassis and each bogie chassis to permit regulation of their relative longitudinal inclinations, the transverse axis of articulation of each bogie chassis on the central chassis being located in the neighborhood of the end of the bogie chassis adjacent to the central chassis, the transverse axis of articulation being located above the plane of the axes of bogie wheels and the jack acting between the central chassis and a point of the chassis carrying the wheels located below the transverse axis.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a fluid line coupling and comprises a receiving part (1) as well as a fixing assembly (15) for the fixation of an insertion part (10). The fixing assembly has a retaining part (17) which is, in a steady state, located in the receiving space (4) of the receiving part (1) and is equipped with pivotable support wings (22, 23) engaging behind the existing front coil (14) which is located on the insertion part (10). Said fixing assembly also features a locking element (16) which is movably connected to the retaining part (17) and has, along with the receiving part (1), elements of a blocking assembly which impede the movement of the locking element (16) from an extended to a retracted position, if the insertion part (10) is not positioned accordingly. Thus, an easily attainable and stable fixation of the insertion part (10) in the receiving part (1) is achieved.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the so-called ballast cleaning and levelling machines circulating on the railroad to be renovated while bearing on it by two end bogies and lifting the part of the track situated between the two bogies through lifting device. According to the invention the machine carries in front of the lifting device as such a shoe which is engaged at least under the tie ends between a point which is exterior to but neighboring the tie end and a point situated inside in relation to the tie end, and an endless cable guiding device comprising guides in the front and rear for respectively introducing one of the cable strands from the outside of the tie ends, behind the shoe, and extracting the other end of the cable strand from under the ties downstream of the lifting device and guides for maintaining the cable strand between its introduction and extraction, under the ties, at a distance from the rail upper surface which is substantially equal to the sum of the rail height and the ties thickness. The invention avoids non lifting of the ties on which rails are fixed by smooth spikes.
