    摘要： A package includes a stack of hinged trays for holding media discs, having a flexible hinge member affixed to the hinge edges of the trays, mounted in a protective container having a base, a spine and a cover. The bottom tray in the stack is mounted in the base for pivotal movement about the tray edge opposite the hinge edge, whereby, as trays are pivoted about the flexible hinge member from the stack onto a second stack, the hinge edge of the bottom tray pivots away from the base when the second stack contains at least one more tray than the original stack. Pivotal mounting is achieved by providing a slot on the bottom tray which engages slot receiving means mounted on the base.

    摘要： A package for holding one or more media cartridges includes a tray, which has at least one latch for engaging the one or more media cartridges. The tray can have one or more receptacles defined therein for accepting each of one or more media cartridges. Each receptacle is preferably contoured to substantially follow a contour of the media cartridge(s). Each receptacle includes at least one resilient latch defined in the wall of the tray, associated with each of the one or more receptacles. The at least one latch is configured and adapted to engage a first edge of a media cartridge.

    摘要： A container for carrying an information storage medium includes top and bottom walls connected by a hinge or spine with each wall having upper and lower faces and side walls and end walls extending inwardly therefrom. The container further includes a medium-engaging element for securing the storage medium thereto, and a display region provided on the upper face of the top wall, in a region proximate at least one of the first and second end walls. The top and bottom walls, together with their respective side walls and end walls form first and second covers, respectively. The covers are hinged together, and are provided with latching features to secure the container in a closed condition.
