摘要： The disclosure provides a method for liquefying biomass, including: (a) mixing a solid organic ammonium salt containing single nitrogen with at least one organic compound which is capable of forming a hydrogen bond with the solid organic ammonium salt to form a first mixture; (b) heating the first mixture until the first mixture becomes a solution; (c) mixing a biomass and an acid catalyst with the solution to form a second mixture; and (d) heating the second mixture to make the biomass therein convert into a liquefied product.

摘要： A green energy sign lamp includes a lamp box and a wind power generation device. The lamp box includes an LED light emitting source, at least one advertising billboard, a current conversion module and a battery. The LED light emitting source, the current conversion module and the battery are installed in the lamp box, and the advertising billboard is installed on a side of the lamp box. A support stand on a lateral side of the lamp box is provided for installing the wind power generation device axially, and a fixed portion on another lateral side of the lamp box is provided for fixing the lamp box, so that electric energy produced by the wind power generation device starts up the LED light emitting source to emit light to achieve an advertising effect, or the electric energy is charged into the battery for its use when there is no wind.

摘要： Embodiments of the disclosure include a method for providing data-driven distributionally robust optimization. The method includes receiving a plurality of samples of one or more uncertain parameters for a complex system and calculating a distribution uncertainty set for the one or more uncertain parameters. The method also includes receiving a deterministic problem model associated with the complex system that includes an objective and one or more constraints and creating a distributionally robust counterpart (DRC) model based on the distribution uncertainty set and the deterministic problem model. The method further includes formulating the DRC as a generalized problem of moments (GPM), applying a semi-definite programing (SDP) relaxation to the GPM and generating an approximation for a globally optimal distributionally robust solution to the complex system.

摘要： A vertical axis wind turbine power generation device includes a substantially n-shaped support frame having a first board and two second boards, and at least one reinforced plate installed at a position of connecting the first and second boards, a vane wheel axially disposed between the second boards and including a shaft and vanes, such that the shaft and the vanes are installed parallel to the first board, and an electric generator installed on an external side of the second board and coupled to the shaft of the vane wheel, such that the vane wheel can be rotated by wind to generate electric energy. Both ends of the shaft are limited by the support frame to prevent a deviation in the rotation of the vane wheel. The support frame can be installed to various rods or walls to provide a convenient way of utilizing electricity in an environmental protection manner.

The method includes capturing video data via a video capturing device, and sending the video data to a video server, generating a first parameter for controlling the video data for storing in a designated network video recorder (NVR) and a second parameter for controlling the video data to display on a designated monitor. The method further includes storing the video data in a storage system that is connected with the video server, sending the video data to the designated NVR for storing according to the first parameter, reading the video data from the designated NVR and displaying one video picture based upon the video data on the designated monitor according to the second parameter.
