摘要: Provided is a method for splitting a carbon fiber tow, which comprises heating a carbon fiber tow sized with a first sizing material to soften the first sizing material and form a spread carbon fiber tow; passing the spread carbon fiber tow through at least one splitter and corresponding cutter to obtain multiple carbon fiber strands spaced apart; and sizing the carbon fiber strands with a second sizing material. With the method, multiple small carbon fiber tows having better tensile strength and/or modulus than the commercially available small carbon fiber tow products can be obtained. Products made of the small carbon fiber tows obtained by the present invention are lighter but stronger, and the production cost is relatively reduced. The present invention also achieves the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction.

摘要: An interchangeable face gauge structure for automobile gauges comprises a gauge body, a face gauge, a retainer ring and an outer cover. The gauge body and outer cover are combined by means of assembling, which causes the outer cover to be dismountable from and re-mountable on the gauge body. The face gauge is additionally mounted on the surface of the light directing panel on the gauge body, which allows the face gauge to be replaceable with one of the type to the liking of the user after the outer cover is dismounted from the gauge body, improving the variability and visual effect of the gauge body. Further, with the convenience of the outer cover being easily mountable on the gauge body, the user is allowed to replace and mount parts by themselves, adding to the practicality of the structure.

摘要: A mobile device may use one or more outlier detectors to detect likelihoods that an outlier condition exists for a satellite positioning system (SPS) position fix. In some implementations, an outlier detector may compare a computed position fix to an element of assistance data to generate an outlier likelihood. A decision to perform a recovery operation may be made based, at least in part, on a generated outlier likelihood. In some implementations, a computed reliability of the position fix may also be considered in making a recovery decision.

摘要: Chlorophyll fluorometry may be used for detecting toxins in a sample because of changes in micro algae. A portable lab on a chip (“LOAC”) based chlorophyll fluorometer may be used for toxin detection and environmental monitoring. In particular, the system may include a microfluidic pulse amplitude modulated (“PAM”) chlorophyll fluorometer. The LOAC PAM chlorophyll fluorometer may analyze microalgae and cyanobacteria that grow naturally in source drinking water.

摘要: Techniques are described for determining whether a stream is in a stable state and permitting adjustment of the PTS value when the stream is in a stable state. The stream can be in a stable state when PTS values received over a period of time do not change unexpectedly. For example, when the stream is in a stable state, the PTS value for audio or video can be adjusted based on system buffer levels, i.e., over flow or under flow. The amount of adjustment of the PTS value can be based on whether the buffer level appears to be moving into greater overflow or underflow. In some cases, when the stream is not in a stable state, the audio is permitted to be played back at a sample rate and video is permitted to be played back at a frame rate instead of being controlled by PTS.

摘要: An injection mold comprises a second die, a first die engaging with the second die, and an inclined pin. The first die defines an inclined pin hole. The inclined pin fixed in the inclined pin hole of the first die. The first die comprises a mold core on the first die. The mold core comprises two opposite ends. Each end defines a first exhaust groove. The inclined pin head comprises a second exhaust groove, a recessed portion, and a third exhaust groove. The second exhaust groove, the recessed portion, and the third exhaust groove communicate with the first exhaust groove. The injection mold further comprises a diverting groove located between the inclined pin and the first die, and a guide groove allows the third exhaust groove communicate with the diverting groove.
