Abstract:
Provided is an electric waste gate actuator for a turbocharger, in which the inside of a housing is divided into an upper portion and a lower portion to thereby prevent foreign particles generated in a decelerator from being introduced into a driving motor. The electric waste gate actuator for a turbocharger includes: a housing having an installation space inside; a decelerator installed in an upper portion of the installation space; a lever coupled to an upper end of the decelerator and installed outside the installation space; a driving motor installed in a lower portion of the installation space; a blocking plate dividing the installation space into the upper portion, where the decelerator is installed, and the lower portion, where the driving motor is installed, and preventing foreign particles generated in the decelerator from being introduced into the lower portion of the installation space; and a sensor unit installed under the blocking plate to measure a rotation angle of the decelerator.

Abstract:
Provided is an electric waste gate actuator for a turbocharger, which includes a return spring for assisting a retention force of a final output gear, and a stopper for adjusting a rotation angle of the final output gear, thereby reducing an amount of a current consumed for maintaining the final output gear at a constant position. The electric waste gate actuator for a turbocharger includes: a housing having an installation space formed by a body and a cover; a driving motor installed within the installation space; a decelerator including gear trains provided with a plurality of gears, such that the decelerator is coupled to a lever installed outside the housing and transmits power of the driving motor; and an elastic member cooperating with the driving motor so as to maintain a rotation angle of a final output gear for finally transmitting power to the lever among the gear trains.

Abstract:
The chain saw tensioner of the present invention provides a sheath anchored at one end to the housing of the chain saw which sheath receives a tensioning shaft slidably therein. The tensioning shaft is interconnected with the housing by a tension screw and is slidably adjustable with respect to the sheath by actuating the tensioning screw. The tensioning shaft and the sheath have matching and aligned slots that cooperate to receive a sliding bolt therethrough. The sliding bolt is interconnected with the blade of the saw and, by actuating the tensioning screw, it may be moved forward with respect to the housing of the saw to move the saw blade forward to tension the chain. Included within the tensioning shaft is a spring interconnected with a bolt rest for receiving and supporting the sliding bolt. The spring provides a bias which acts on the bolt to bias the bolt, and accordingly the saw blade, forward with respect to the housing to tension the chain. The spring further allows the bolt to move rearward of the tensioning shaft, and accordingly, rearward of the housing to decrease tension on the chain to prevent over tensioning of the chain.
