    摘要: An iron-base alloy of the present invention comprises a 20 to 50% weight fraction of prealloy steel of composition A and a 48 to 78% weight fraction of prealloy steel of composition B to which additional alloying to which additional alloying elements (and lubricant) are added in preparation of a powdered metal blended mixture. The resulting mixture composition of the embodiment comprises in % by mass: 0.4 to 1.0% of C; 0.5 to 3.5% of Cr; 0.1 to 1.7% of Mo; to 3.0% of Cu; and the balance being primarily Fe and unavoidable impurities. Ni and/or Mn may also be included in the resulting mixture composition.

    摘要: A method of forming an iron based sintered body which comprises in % by mass: 0.4 to 1.0% of C; 0.5 to 3.5% of Cr; 0.1 to 1.7% of Mo; 0.3 to 3.0% of Cu and microstructure of about 20-50% dispersed martensite in a matrix of fine pearlite is provided.     摘要: A process for producing a phenol product generally comprises a first step comprising reacting in a first reactor a feed stream comprising cumene hydroperoxide and water with an acid catalyst to produce an effluent comprising the phenol product, acetone, and at least 1% by weight residual cumene hydroperoxide, and a second step comprising passing the effluent into a second reactor and decomposing the residual cumene hydroperoxide, wherein during said process the ratio of phenol to acetone is maintained at a molar ratio of greater than 1:1, and wherein the water in each of the first and second steps is present in an amount more than 0 and less than or equal to 5 weight percent based on the total weight of the feed stream or effluent, and wherein the process is continuous.

    摘要: A proximity sensor has a resonant circuit which when stimulated by a pulse produces a signal with decaying oscillations. The number of such oscillations above a signal threshold varies in relation to the distance between a metal object and the proximity sensor. The sensor operation is configured by deriving a function that defines how the performance of a given proximity sensor deviates from performance reference data. The function is employed to normalize the count of oscillations produced by the given proximity sensor and the normalized count is used to determine presence of an object. By normalizing sensor performance, common configuration data can be used to setup a given proximity sensor without having to take into account specific performance variations of that sensor.
