摘要: Methods and corresponding catalysts are provided for conversion of an aromatics feed containing C8+ aromatics, particularly C9+ aromatics, to form a converted product mixture comprising, e.g., benzene and/or xylenes. The aromatic feed can be converted in the presence of a catalyst that includes a mixture of a first zeolite having an MEL framework, such as ZSM-11, and a second zeolite having a MOR framework, such as mordenite, particularly a mordenite synthesized using TEA or MTEA as a structure directing agent. The weight ratio of the first zeolite to the second zeolite in the catalyst can be from 0.3 to 1.2, or from 0.3 to 1.1, or from 0.3 to 1.0. The catalyst can further include one or more metals supported on the catalyst, such as a combination of metals.

摘要: A fluidized reaction method for synthesizing propylene oxide by gas phase epoxidation of propylene and hydrogen peroxide relates to a microspherical alkali metal ion modified titanium silicalite zeolite TS-1 catalyst applicable to the reaction method, and a preparation method thereof. A gas-solid phase fluidized epoxidation method refers to a gas phase epoxidation method in which the raw materials of propylene and hydrogen peroxide are directly mixed in the gas phase under normal pressure and temperature above 100° C. and the feed gas enables the titanium silicalite zeolite TS-1 catalyst to be fluidized in an epoxidation reactor. A catalyst applicable to the reaction method is a microspherical alkali metal ion modified titanium silicalite zeolite TS-1 catalyst which has the main characteristic that alkali metal cations are reserved on the titanium silicalite zeolite.

摘要: Process for the preparation of a catalyst by adding, clay, boehmite, a first silica to form a slurry, digesting the slurry with a monoprotic acid to a pH of less than 4, adding one or more zeolites, adding a rare earth component to the slurry and mixing, adjusting the slurry pH to below 4 with monoprotic acid, adding a second silica anywhere in the preceding steps, destabilizing the slurry by raising the pH, shaping and collecting the resulting catalyst, wherein the resulting catalyst has enhanced mesoporosity.
