摘要: Systems and methods disclosed herein may operate to create, distribute and redeem offers on a mobile platform. In various embodiments, a first set of information describing terms of an offer for a product or service, and a second set of information identifying a first zone and a second zone, may be received from a computing device corresponding to a merchant. The offer may be generated based, at least in part, on the first set of information. An exclusion zone and an inclusion zone may be generated based, at least in part, on the information identifying the first zone and the second zone, respectively. The offer may be selectively distributed across a network to a first plurality of mobile devices located outside the exclusion zone and within the inclusion zone such that the offer is invisible to a second plurality of mobile devices located within both the exclusion and inclusion zones.

摘要: A method for inspecting a component includes exciting a number of transducers forming an array to produce an ultrasonic transmission beam (beam) focused into the component. The array and the component are separated by a standoff. A number of echo signals are generated using the transducers, and the echo signals are processed in a number of channels. The processing includes both dynamical focus and providing a dynamic aperture on receive, both of which compensate for refraction of the beam at the component/standoff interface. A single-turn inspection method includes: (a) positioning the array facing the component, (b) exciting the transducers, (c) generating a number of echo signals, (d) changing the relative angular orientation of the array and the component around an axis and repeating steps (b) and (c), and (e) processing the echo signals to form at least one processed echo signal.

摘要: A rebreather apparatus for negating temporary hearing threshold shifts due to noise exposure and other physiological conditions related to CO.sub.2 concentration. One embodiment of rebreather is formed with three chambers. A mouthpiece communicates with a first chamber and this chamber has limited access to the second chamber sandwiched thereto. A third chamber is sandwiched to the second chamber and has limited communication with the second chamber. The third chamber has limited communication therefrom to the atmosphere thus providing an elongated air pathway from the atmosphere to the mouthpiece. This elongated pathway with the restrictions of the openings between chambers achieves an accumulation of carbon dioxide from a user's breath. Accordingly, air inhaled from the rebreather elevates the carbon dioxide content in the lungs of a user and thus in the blood stream of the user. In another embodiment, the outer (third) chamber is collapsible during nonuse so that the rebreather may be carried in the pocket of the user and the second and third chambers have two portions symmetrically positioned on opposite surfaces of the first chamber. In another embodiment, at least the second and third chambers are collapsible. In a further embodiment, the rebreathing device comprises two collapsible chambers. The device is made from inexpensive materials so that, if desired, it may be disposed of after use.

摘要: Systems and methods disclosed herein may operate to create, distribute and redeem offers on a mobile platform. In various embodiments, an indication to purchase an offer for a product or service provided by a second user may be received from a mobile device corresponding to a first user. The offer may be previously presented to the user via the mobile device. A voucher for the product or service may be transmitted to the mobile device in response to the indication. A request to redeem the voucher may be received from the mobile device. The request may include an identification code. The identification code may be compared with a shop identification code identifying the second user. An indication of redemption of the voucher may be provided to a computing device corresponding to the second user upon determining that the identification code received from the mobile device matches the shop identification code.

摘要: Systems and methods disclosed herein may operate to detect, via a user device corresponding to a user, a user gesture performed on or in proximity of the user device during execution of a user interface in relation with an application; compare the user gesture against at least one predetermined gesture; and generate a feedback message associated with the application based on determining that the user gesture matches the at least one predetermined gesture, with the generating including automatically capturing a screen image of the user interface and inserting the screen image as at least part of the feedback message.

摘要: A method for automatically generating an ultrasonic inspection plan for parts to be inspected includes collecting data relating to the ultrasonic inspection planning by displaying an input screen that prompts a user to input the pertinent data. The inspection parameters to be used in the ultrasonic inspections are then calculated from the collected data, and the calculated parameters are formatted into an inspection plan document. A tool for carrying out this method can be implemented on any computer-readable medium.

The rebreather is formed with three chambers. This elevated carbon dioxide content has been shown to negate and/or prevent temporary hearing threshold shifts due to excessive noise exposure. In one embodiment the outer (third) chamber is collapsible during nonuse so that the rebreather may be carried in the pocket of the user and the second and third chambers have two portions symetrically positioned on opposite surfaces of the first chamber. In another embodiment at least the second and third chambers are collapsible. The device is made from inexpensive materials so that, if desired, it may be disposed of after use.
