In order to reduce the weight of these power-consuming accessories, as well as the proliferation of their batteries, the Weapon Accessory Power Distribution System provides a common power source to power the power-consuming accessories attached to the weapon. One or more powered rails are provided to encircle the barrel of the weapon, to provide a point of mechanical and electrical interconnection for the power-consuming accessories to provide quick connect mounting and dismounting of the power-consuming accessory, absent the use of connectors with their tethering cables, which are susceptible to entanglement. The Weapon Accessory Rail Contacts provide the mechanism to electrically interconnect the power-consuming accessory with the powered rail.

The draw tape may then recover or constrict to grip about the rim of the receptacle to hold the bag to the canister. The method comprises the steps of operating the multi-unit printing arrangement, stopping the multi-unit printing operation by braking the multiple motors in stop operations, and staggering impression throw operations for individual units by a preselected time delay between commencement of each impression throw operation, a duration of the time delay between commencement of sequential impression throw off operations being selected to be of sufficient duration such that there is no overlap of large torque disturbances experienced at the multiple motors.

Improved single-phase aerosol spray air sanitizers and deodorizers are disclosed. The preferred active ingredient for the air sanitization is a high concentration of triethylene glycol (TEG), in a single-phase aerosol formulation made possible by the use of dimethyl ether (DME) as a propellant. The combination of TEG and DME enables high concentrations of TEG to be utilized in a single-phase aerosol formulation, without requiring the use of ethanol or water as co-solvents. The formulation is useful for sanitizing air and removing bacteria and other malodorants from the air as well achieving higher bacteria kill rates than existing air sanitization formulations due to the high concentrations of TEG. Because the high concentration TEG aerosol formulation is a single-phase formulation, it can be utilized in automated spray or dispensing systems and do not require shaking or agitation prior to use. Disclosed formulations leave little or no visible residue on hard surfaces when dispensed into the air of a room.

A pressure gradient rotary sealing system is described with an additional configuration which uses and externally mounted pressure-reducing piston with a differential area to create a pressure differential across the system to reduce the pressure×velocity (PV) value to extend seal system life and provide early indication of impending seal failure. This invention is another embodiment of this previous invention offering using a separate externally mounted pressure reducing piston therefore the main body of the wash-pipe top-nut is lighter weight, the system has more fluid capacity, is simpler to assemble, operate and monitor and has a longer service life than previous configurations.
