    摘要: Improved organophotoreceptor comprises an electrically conductive substrate and a photoconductive element on the electrically conductive substrate, the photoconductive element comprising: (a) a charge transport compound having the formula where R1 and R2 are, independently, hydrogen, an alkyl group, an alkaryl group or an aryl group; X is an aromatic group; Y is an (N,N-disubstituted)arylamine; Z is (CH2)m group where m is an integer between 0 and 30 where one or more of the methylene groups is optionally replaced by O, S, C═O, O═C—O, O═C—NR3, sulfoxide, sulfate, phosphate, an aryl group, urethane, urea, NR4 group, CHR5 group, or CR6R7 group where R3, R4, R5, R6, and R7 are, independently, H, hydroxyl, thiol, an amine group, an alkyl group, an alkaryl group, a heterocyclic group, or an aryl group, and E is a bond, O, S, C═O, NR8, CR9R10 group, a hetrocyclic group, or an aromatic group where R8, R9, and R10 are, independently, H, an alkyl group, an alkaryl group, or an aryl group; and (b) a charge generating compound. Corresponding electrophotographic apparatuses and imaging methods are described.

    摘要: A photoreceptor with good mechanical and physical properties is provided with an overcoat layer comprising a copolymer of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated monomer wherein the weight percent of the α,β-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic-acid is at least 25% up to 99% of the copolymer. The copolymer may comprise an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated monomer wherein the copolymer has an acid value of at least 150 mg KOH/g the copolymer. The copolymer may be present in a blend with a second polymer or copolymer comprised of units derived from a second α,β-ethylenically unsaturated monomer that is different from the an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or the α,β-ethylenically unsaturated monomer. The copolymer or the copolymer blend may be present in a layer that is crosslinked or crosslinkable, the crosslinking being effected through a distinct crosslinking agent that reacts with group(s) on the an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid or the α,β-ethylenically unsaturated monomer.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for purifying a slurry comprising cellulose, such as microfibrillated cellulose, wherein the process comprises the following steps: —providing a slurry comprising cellulose and liquid, —subjecting the slurry to an electric field inducing the liquid of the slurry to flow, —separating the liquid from the cellulose thus obtaining a liquid depleted slurry, —adding a washing liquid, such as an organic solvent, to the liquid depleted slurry—subjecting the liquid depleted slurry to an electric field inducing the washing liquid of the slurry to flow and—separating the washing liquid from the cellulose, thus obtaining a purified cellulose. The invention also relates to cellulose such as microfibrillated cellulose obtainable from said process.
