    摘要: Surgical gripping forceps are provided with one or two gripping jaws movable relative to a main body, wherein each moveable one of the gripping jaws has a pivot pin, fixed in position relative to the main body, and a lever arm. The lever arms are articulated via at least one push element. For this purpose each movable one of the gripping jaws has its own pivot pin. From the midline of the main body, the individual pivot pin has at least a distance greater than 38% of the maximum width of the main body or maximum diameter of the main body. The microsurgical gripping forceps operate with customary force for actuating the forceps, and permit a substantial applied clamping force.

    摘要: An apparatus is disclosed for receiving a rotary body (412) in a centered and axially fixed manner, in particular a grinding wheel, on a supporting part (410) with an axial centering spike (418) which projects in to the central opening (416) of the rotary body (412) and a substantially radial collar (480) adjacent thereto, against which the rotary body (412) may be axially clamped. In order to allow extremely rapidly rotating bodies (412) to be clamped extremely accurately with simple hand grips, an elastically expandable, preferably thin-walled axial extension (440) is arranged between the centering spike (418) and the opening (416). The axial extension (440) is supported on the outer surface of the centering spike (418) and on the inner surface of the opening (416) and together with a clamping plate (436) forms a single adapter piece (434). Preferably a captive clamping mechanism received in the adapter piece (434) and on the supporting piece (410) allow the clamping plate with its radial collar to be pressed against the rotary body (412) while the axial extension (440) is elastically expanded.

    摘要: A coupling system between a tool system module, such as, for example, a tool receptacle, and a machine tool, such as, for example, a spindle. In order to provide for rapid initiation and release of the connection between these components while making large axial forces available, this incorporates a clamping system with an operating rod, by means of which a wedge drive is controlled, with which clamping elements that are provided in one of the parts that are to be coupled can be forced essentially radially outwards into suitably configured recesses in the other part that is to be coupled. The clamping elements are formed from at least three clamp-like clamping claws that are arranged at equal angular intervals from each other, these being arranged essentially parallel to a centering extension of the tool receptacle; while being supported in a centering recess of the spindle a claw section of these clamping claws that in the coupled state lies radially within the centering extension these can be pivoted into a groove-like recess of the centering extension. This coupling system is distinguished by great flexibility with regard to potential use and by the fact that it can be produced economically.

    摘要: Described is a coupling system for cutting shank tools with which a stationary connection can be produced between coaxial parts of the shank tool in the direction of rotation and in the axial direction. The coupling system includes a holding fixture formed in a first part for a centering extension provided on a second part to be connected, a drive device, and a clamping device which can be actuated externally by an adjusting device and with which both parts can be pressed against each other through a prop ring surface pairing. The clamping device includes a connecting rod that is mounted symmetrically like a pendulum in the first part and that extends into a coaxial recess in the second part and forms a conical section there, through which the connecting rod can be placed under tension by the adjusting device braced on the second part. This generates pure axial tension which can be introduced, through a large, ring-shaped flat brace, without transverse force into the shank parts to be coupled.
