The pole base loading apparatus includes a pair of pole base units for guiding a tape so that the tape is wound around a head drum as it reciprocates on a main chassis, a pair of loading gears respectively linked to the pole base units and gear-engaged with each other, and a loading unit for rotating the loading gears. At least one of the pair of loading gears has a hook installed therein so that the loading gear is coupled to the main chassis.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a silicon optoelectronic device, a silicon optoelectronic device manufactured by the method, and an image input and/or output apparatus including the silicon optoelectronic device are provided. The method includes preparing an n- or p-type silicon-based substrate, forming a microdefect pattern along a surface of the substrate by etching, forming a control film with an opening on the microdefect pattern, and forming a doping region on the surface of the substrate having the microdefect pattern in such a way that a predetermined dopant of the opposite type to the substrate is injected onto the substrate through the opening of the control film to be doped to a depth so that a photoelectric conversion effect leading to light emission and/or reception by quantum confinement effect in the p-n junction occurs. The silicon optoelectronic device has superior light-emitting efficiency, can be used as at least one of a light-emitting device and a light-receiving device, and has high wavelength selectivity. In addition, the silicon optoelectronic device panel having the two-dimensional array of the silicon optoelectronic devices can be applied in the image input and/or output apparatus capable of directly displaying an image and/or inputting optical information in a screen.

摘要： Disclosed are a reel brake device and a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus having the same. The reel brake device comprises a tension band mounted on an outer circumference of a reel disc to control tension, the reel disc which is rotatably mounted on the main chassis to drive a tape reel of a tape cassette, and a brake unit fixed on the main chassis to help the tension band be in contact with the outer circumference of the reel disc. This can replace a conventional brake unit having a complicated structure, and therefore, the number of component parts can be reduced.

The magnetic recording and/or reading apparatus includes a power transmitting gear. The power transmitting gear has one end coupled to a loading motor and the other end coupled to a plurality of link gears to transmit power from a loading motor to drive components during loading and unloading of a magnetic tape. The power transmitting gear includes a first gear engaged with a motor gear coupled to a shaft of the loading motor. The power transmitting gear also includes a second gear engaged with one of the plurality of link gears and a shaft member coupling the first and second gears. A space is formed inside the shaft member to prevent the shaft member from deforming during manufacture of the shaft member.

摘要： A noise prevention apparatus and a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus having the same are provided to such that a microphone unit records sound produced from outside the magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus in an optimum state. The noise prevention apparatus includes a noise damping part installed adjacent to at least one noise source that produces a noise when the image and sound signals are recorded and reproduced for damping and discharging the noise produced from the noise source. The noise damping part includes a noise collecting member for collecting the noise and a noise damping member for damping and discharging the noise collected by the noise collecting member to the outside. The noise produced from the noise source when the image and sound signals are recorded and reproduced is collected by the noise collecting member and then damped to a minimum size by the noise damping member, so that the microphone unit may record the sound in the optimum state.
