摘要: Provided is an attaching/detaching structure that operates reliably with simple operation. The attaching/detaching structure attaches/detaches a second connecting member (4) to/from a first connecting member (3). An operation chamber (8) formed in a base member (5) of the second connecting member (4) is connected to the outside of the base member (5) via an insertion hole (7) opened to a seating surface (6) of the first connecting member (3). Two clamp arms (10) and (11) are provided in the operation chamber (8) so as to be symmetrical around an axial center of the operation chamber (8). An engaging portion (16, 17) is formed at one end (10b, 11b) in longitudinal direction of each of the clamp arms (10, 11). An engaging member (32) protruding from the second connecting member (4) can be inserted into the insertion hole (7). A lock portion (34) in which the engaging portions (16, 17) can be engaged is formed in the engaging member (32).

摘要: In the present invention, constructed is a highly reliable system that does not allow unforeseen conditions to occur in the remote diagnosis of a clamp device. All combinations of status of a state detection switch mounted on a clamp device are anticipated in advance by a recursive method, and the states are defined with no omissions. A control unit 9 includes: a main body memory 9c that stores the ON/OFF state of a state switch together with the status of an injection molding machine main body, the clamp status and time information; and a main body communication unit 9d which is capable of short-range wireless communication. A message diagnosing a failure is stored in a smartphone 12 for all combinations of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch for each of the following cases: whether in mold replacement mode or not; and whether a clamp device is in a clamped state or an unclamped state, or in a state other than the forgoing. The history of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch with respect to the status of the main body and the clamp status is read from the main body memory 9c by wireless communication, and a corresponding message is displayed.

摘要: Provided is a magnetic clamp device that reduces a magnetic flux leaking from a magnetic circuit passing through a permanent magnet and a magnetic pole member. The magnetic clamp device includes: a permanent magnet 20 surrounding a magnetic pole member 10 and disposed on a surface of a plate PL made of a magnetic body that magnetically clamps a mold in a magnetized state; and a reversible magnet 16 capable of reversing polarity and disposed at the rear of the permanent magnet 20. The magnetic pole member 10 is constituted by a plurality of magnetic pole pieces 101, 102, 103, and 104. Each of the magnetic pole pieces has a first lateral surface R with a shape corresponding to the opposite permanent magnet 20, and a second lateral surface T at which adjacent magnetic pole pieces oppose each other. The magnetic pole member 10 moves as the first lateral surfaces R are suction-adsorbed by the permanent magnet 20 without the second lateral surfaces T interfering with each other. The magnetic pole pieces 101, 102, 103, and 104 are held from the front and rear.
